Typically go here for various items, like the product selection and most of the staff are very kind. There is one woman who is rather rude and was particularly rude to an elderly woman purchasing some products. There wasn't many people in the store so there was no need for this level of curt, abruptness to someone asking simple questions regardless if she was repeating questions or just needing additonal help. Her responses were valid and to the point but its her tone of voice and lack of kindness and consideration shown that is the issue.

The selection here is the best I've seen, this store had everything I needed and the staff were so friendly. The woman helping me...who I later found out was the manager...is such a warm person! Honestly it's so refreshing to walk into a store that is so clean and welcoming! I definately recommend visiting this gem!

I was very disappointed in the rude treatment I received, while shopping at the store, on February 2, 2021. One of the young woman came to help me, and at first appeared to be helpful. However, when I picked up an item, to look at the label, and put it back on the shelf to look at another item, she somewhat rudely told me that she would now have to "wipe off" the items I had touched and returned. Then I asked for information on a health product for my 93 year old father, and they advised me that the product I wanted can't be taken by people on heart medication. So, I called my father to see if he was also on heart meds, and he was having a hard time hearing me, so I was speaking quite loudly. However, there was only one other person in the store, along with 2 staff members, one of whom was busy "cashing out" even though it was still about 10 minutes before closing. By this time, she had run up my other products, which came to over $70, and so when I asked if she had a milder version that could be taken with heart meds, she abruptly said that she didn't, without checking, as I'm sure such a product not only exists, but was also on the shelf. I told her that I hoped I wasn't keeping her late, and asked what time it was. It was still about 5 minutes before closing, but I felt like I was rudely rushed out the door, without having a chance to purchase the health products my 93 year old father needed. I am an elder as well, and I was very very disappointed in how I was treated, and most certainly won't be shopping in this store anymore. On the contrary, I find that most employees who sell vitamins and health products tend to be very friendly and helpful to customers, especially older customers, who can really use their suppport. I think the mangement should be informed and provide the young people working in this store with a few lessons in respectful behaviour to the elderly and to all people who come into the store, or their business will be sorely affected.

They have super friendly staff and are not afraid to spend time helping you out. They are compliant with all the covid restrictions and after I accidentally touched a bottle they removed it from the shelf to sanitize it. I have shopped here many times and it has always been a great experience in terms of service and lately, compliance as well as responsibility. I would recommend shopping here for any supplements or health supplies to anyone that asks, particularly those that are conserned with in person shopping these days. Even if that isn't you they also have pick up. Try this place out or go back if you have been before, they are a great example of how a store should be.

I bought a package of supplements a couple days ago and I had an awesome experience at this store! The lady there named Tara helped me greatly. She was very knowledgeable on the products. She also listened to my needs and met them beyond my expectations. Definitely coming back when I need more supplements.

I was in the store today and witnessed 2 other customers get treated rather unfairly. There was an elderly lady paying for 1 item ahead of me, and the manager was rushing her. It was clear the customer was flustered as she tried to pay for her 1 item. As she was paying another elderly lady walked in and the manager immediately told that lady to wait outside as the store was at capacity. The elderly lady indicated she was cold and would just wait right by the door. The manager raised her voice and said she HAD to wait outside. I realize we are under restrictions right now; however, some common sense could be warranted, especially when dealing with the elderly. Thereafter, when I was paying for my items, the elderly lady was allowed to walk in and then got yelled at for touching things. The manager was clearly agitated by this point and shoved my bag of items in front of me and said, "have a good one". Didn't thank me for my business nor tell me to have a good day. I have been a customer at this store for several years, and truly miss Laura, who was compassionate, and portrayed good customer service. I will never set foot into this store again, as I cannot ethically buy anything knowing how rude the staff is. I live very close to the store; however, will gladly travel a farther distance to receive way better customer service.

They have everything you need and more. Everyone needs to get away from pharmaceutical and take your vitamins and minerals. I also bought a water filter that has alkaline and a ordered counter water filter that takes out fluoride! This is the best health store and glad it's near me.

I had a wonderful experience! The staff are so friendly and helpful, Tara helped me find everything I needed. I was pleasantly surprised how knowledgeable the staff were! I walked out with some very useful information and supplements that I am excited to start taking. I feel really blessed to have stumbled across this store. I will definitely be back!
