★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here at 8PM on a Wednesday, hoping to get in and out as I had placed a mobile order. We arrived later than the pickup time, so we had hoped it would be ready. Little to our knowledge they preferred to start it 30 minutes after it had been ordered. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes for the food to be ready, in a restaurant with someone who wasn’t wearing their mask. At this point I was ready to throw a fit of rage, so as soon as I got the food I left. Once I got home and opened the bags I realized how much they screwed up the order. We didn’t get our 3 cookies that we were supposed to receive with our meals, we didn’t get any of the 3 drinks ordered, we were missing the sauces that came with them, as well as the fact that I got a famous chicken sandwich with just the pickles and chicken on it, no sauce. I would rather have my leg run over by a 18 wheeler truck than go through the unbearable pain of ordering food from this place again. I would tell people to completely avoid this place, but I’d much rather ask them to run in whenever they’re nearby to tell them how godawful their restaurant is. One of, if not the worst dining experience I’ve ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel like this is the worst KFC to go to. I felt this for the past 5 years, and it did not change from my last visit. I felt like I waited for 30 minutes to order a mere 2 boxes of Original Recipe Box.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for dinner on Sunday night. I can actually say I have never had such poor service ever from any restaurant I have ever been to. Clearly we were just bothering the worker in there. I would suggest to her that of she hates her job that much she should clearly find another one. Horrible service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There peaces of chicken were small.. I ordered a 10 peace and I feels like it was a 5 peace. I'm sure it's like that with all kfc there getting cheap on the chicken. I think I will try marry browns to see if there chicken peaces are bigger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to order from. Ordered chicken with all the works and of course the fries were missing. By the time they replaced them, the gravy was a cold, congealed glob. Wont order from here ever again! Wish I could give them no stars.!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok...wow. Went here tonight and ordered the Ultimate Chicken Box Meal. The fries were extremely stale, there were a total of 7 pieces of popcorn chicken, the tender tasted like cleaner and the sandwich had this Grey look, tasted burnt and gross and nothing like it was supposed to. AND I waited 15min for this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service from the so-call “manager,” who had her name handwritten on her name tag. Unwilling to communicate properly when issue arise. Not willing to explain properly the reason as to why she cannot accept a valid coupon issued by KFC. Extremely rude and delay to fulfill both my concern and order.
