★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Isaacson is less that useless. He resquedules, forgets and cancells his appointments regularly as well as goes away for weeks without informing anyone, just expecting his patients won't need anything. He does not have the time or energy for you. I had to spend weeks reminding him to put my referall through only to have to call him and literally walk him through the steps to make sure I actually get the help I need. Everytime I go in I have to re-explain everything because even though he is looking right at my chart he has no idea why I would need the tests or referalls I am asking for. I have to go to a different medical clinic walk-in tomorrow just to get referred out of his care. No negativity towards the front desk people but you will be put on hold everytime you call, sometimes for up to 20 mins just to be told they are too busy or that your doctor isn't even at the office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both times I have attempted to be seen here were terrible experiences. The dr’s on staff appear to be too high and mighty to even see patients that have multiple negative covid tests, and have a single symptom. Does that not negate the whole purpose of being a dr? To help people who are sick get better?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor management. We were stood up twice due to appointment mistake of a staff. Make sure to call 2 or 3 times(more the better) before visiting to make sure you have an appointment. If you can get a picture of appointment in their system that would be golden(yes it is that bad).Our appointment was booked by Lina while daydreaming. I talked to supervisor Shalby and she was equally un-helpful. Waiting for another month was only option they had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Hala Al-Musawi has been our family doctor and I have only the best words to say about her and the way she goes about with this noble profession. Very caring and spportive.
From the front desk, Lina is a wonderful person. Always helpful and great personality.
Today, I had Shelby over the phone and she helped me so well. Hope to see her when I visit the clinic next.
Thank you Doctor for just being you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in today as a walk-in for my son. As soon as I arrive Sue helped us out and made the entire experience comfortable and calming for my son. He left with a sicker, which he is proud of! Absolutely would recommend this clinic to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my go to clinic, Lina is always very welcoming whenever I come in.They always take me right in when I do walk ins and don’t have time to book an appointment. Lina is an excellent staff as she greets you with so much joy. Dr.Hala is also a great doctor and shes always willing to answer all my concerns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Westend Callingwood Medical Clinic for the first time for a walk-in. Su, at the front desk was so incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease instantly despite my anxiety about coming to the doctor. The wait was also very reasonable and Dr. Lamin too was very caring and heard out all of my concerns, asked questions, and did not make me feel rushed at all. It was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be back again when I need to.
