★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So there accepting new patients! Lol. I got my 70 year old grandfather booked in and it wasn’t even a. Hour before they canceled his appointment with no explanation. Asking if I would come the following day. That was an option for me and she had no other solution. I said maybe I should find somewhere else. She yes maybe you should and hung up. That’s not how people should be treated. They can write all about how they are family ran and care for the community. But I don’t think that’s the case. I’m sure people will see this place for what it is a cash grab nothing more. Bring back primrose clinic they at least cared enough to treat people with respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is very clean and updated. The receptionist is super nice and will greet you when you come into the clinic. I highly recommend Dr. Ali Hassan Ali to anyone who is looking for a family doctor! He will answer all of your questions with great detail and will listen to all of your concerns and issues without dismissing anything. He's really nice and caring for you and will look after your health. Overall, this clinic is excellent and would suggest to anyone looking for help with their health!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic is not hypoallergenic, probably a nice place but I had to leave in a hurry to go home and get my puffer when I was in the waiting room for a few minutes filling out the new patient form. My allergies were already irritated before I arrived and I tested negative for covid, it's possible I was more sensitive to the scent in the lobby due to reacting to pollen from local pine trees but I can't see myself coming back.

Needed a family doctor for myself anf my newborn, So many other clinics wouldn't accept us without an Alberta health card (even tho we are LEGALLY covered federally with an Ontario health card). This place took us in with open arms and made us feel more than welcome. The receptionist is so kind and helpful and the doctor was very thorough and insightful. Highly recommend. ALSO super clean and new

I especially loved how Dr. Ali really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Ali Hassan is very good he is both mine and my daughters family doctor and he has seen both of us for numerous reasons since he became our new family doctor almost a year ago when the clinic just opened up and he has always provided us with top notch care he is gentle and kind and he knows how to explain things in a way that someone who's not a doctor can understand. So very efficient and his delivery is then effective and I have not had any disappointments with this clinic or doctor.
