Tune-up covered things most bike shops wouldn't even look at, from the tension on the clipless pedals to re-wrapping the handlebars to make them more ergonomic. I also had a shifting problem that a few other shops in town have been unable to solve. At Element they took the time to fix it right and at no extra charge. Highly recommend

Staff seem like a chill crowd, has a very similar chill vibe to sport shops in the bow valley, non pretentious and very straight forward as well. Looks of fun sports apparel and Garmin Gadgets too. Stock looks fun with a bunch of accessories I haven’t seen before! Right next to where they set up the farmers market too! Thanks guys!

Cam services my bikes as if they are his own- they look spectacular when I pick them up - I often don’t recognize them they are so clean. Elise recommends apparel based on her experience with the items and her clients’ reviews. These are good people and it is a pleasure to support them .

I am quite new to the sport and Elise spent the time explaining which bike and accessories would be appropriate for me (with Cam in the background giving additional advice and suggestions). You can tell they are both knowledgable and enjoy what they do. What really meant a lot to me was that I had purchased a bike from them a few months ago and even though I had moved to a new city, Elise was still open to having me ask questions about which accessories I needed to purchase to train indoors that would be appropriate for my bike and needs. This type of genuine and above-and-beyond service is sometimes hard to come by but you can find it here. Again, highly recommend checking them out!
