Honestly, I love this place. For many years they have been servicing my bicycle, and they do a damn good job.

Staff takes the time to answer questions , make adjustments and look up stock without any pressure or feeling like you are taking up too much time . We actually ended up going back to them to make our final purchase as we just felt so comfortable and happy with the help we received . Check them out !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and helpful. Had a good chat about a fat bike I might be interested in, even though I was just there to pick up some accessories. Staff member I dealt with didn't mind spending a few extra minutes with me to build a customer relationship with me, even though I wasn't there to buy a bike right at that moment. First time shopping at Cranky's and I was impressed! Will consider shopping again at Cranky's in the future. Online shopping option is awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my bike serviced in the spring, including new chain. On my mountain biking trip in the summer chain broke. Cranky's replaced it with new one at no charge. I love this place, I will do all my bike needs at Cranky's, great friendly service, and they deliver 100% each time!

As a self professed 'newbie' to the world of cycling (last bike I owned was 30 years ago) and as someone who had to be on the receiving end of a bit of 'attitude' at another bike shop, it was refreshing to be treated as a valued customer. Correction. a valued "potential" customer. I didn't feel rushed, questions were answered, attention was paid, and the knowledge and expertise was shared. Service matters and can make or break a deal, at least that is how I'm built. Cranky's still understand this, at least in my case they did. They came recommended by a friend and they didn't disappoint. Until I experience otherwise - 5 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff here! I called in for a specific pump and was helped over the phone and again when I showed up in person. They even checked out my bike as it was the first ride of the season. Tires were a bit low so they topped them off for me. Awesome shop, well stocked and excellent staff!
