★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vicky was very nice to me, but I am going to have to say that I will not be coming again. I asked for an even layer short cut and they gave me even shorter hair then I wanted it to be, and its even more uneven then it already was. I'm sorry but I just didn't appreciate it that much.

I checked in for my 8 years old boy today and arrived at the store 5:30pm, half hour to their closing time, they refused to do it. The lady at reception, I don't know if she's the owner, if yes, then I wish the best for your business with your bad attitude to customers. They were saying it would take 20-25 mins to cut the hairs, but there were still half hour to close. Then they claimed they had to close the till or count cash whatever, so they would need two people to close the till? If you want to close early, then post your hours early and don't let customers check in. Most of times the haircut at there would be just 15 mins for the kids, never over 20 mins in the past including making payment. Not recommended for the attitude and poor management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I received a haircut on may 13, 2022 and I was charged 26.25, its suppose to be 11.99 as displayed on the poster. I just paid and walked out...this salon rip offs customers. Never to go back again.

She did not listen to what I wanted and kept making telling me it looked fine even though it wasn't clearly unbalanced.i wouldn't recommend this place of business and will not return with my family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was an advertisement all over Facebook for an $11.99 haircut from May 6 - May 13, 2022
I specifically called the location. To see if I needed a coupon and they specifically told me that no coupon was required and that I can come on by May 13. Guess what ….. it’s May 13 and I go there and they tell me that the OWNER of that store chose to end the promo early which is why I went there in the first place. I even had a screen shot of the promo and they would not honour it.
FALSE ADVERTISING
It’s bad business practice, it’s deceiving to customers and to not match an advertised promo is appalling. Not only that but it affects the tip of the poor hairstylist that was not able to match the promo regardless of how good the haircut may have been
Shame on you great clips.
