K	Kerry Loader on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to this establishment twice the first visit was that mind you I had a solid color done on an already fully red hair so basically just a. Color filler after my red washed out second visit was to change from my faded out pink color to swap to blonde cost was extremely steep and was also given this product to keep the hair from yellowing. Not a purple shampoo but a “blondifier” During the process I asked how the big yellow band was being managed and was told it will fade out…. Clearly just trusting Leah’s professional advice we carried on. Ended up being charged 350$ for my short bling hair plus an additional 130$ for the products. So after all was said and done 500$. At first glance the new bold blonde looked great and had me sold. Then I recommended the stylist to my daughter as she was looking for a root touch up and low lights. The results disaster is mild. She was charged 190$ then the machine wasn’t working or something so Leah took the handheld and asked my daughter how much tip to be put in so basically put on the spot. My daughter who is very polite then leaves and behind sobbing at the results after leaving. We contacted the salon to ask for a refund partial refund or at least the 10$ tip and were denied as the stylist claims nothing was done wrong, please see attached photos. So then we had to help her as she’s a student and cannot afford much to have a 270$ correction done today. So here are the before and after. Unless you are looking for a straight solid block hair DO NOT GO HERE. She doesn’t even use bleach.

They have done great over the years. I see them monthly for trims colour touch ups and full colours. I love to have different colours of different kinds. The prices are beyond competitive and I recommend them to many of my friends.

Laya was so welcoming, she has a hair plan for me and how we are going to make sure my hair is healthy, beard is trimmed! Can't wait for my next visit! Highly Recommend. 5 Stars all around!

She spent the entire session telling me how awful my hair is and insulting my previous stylist, when she herself has no clue what she’s doing. She let me leave looking like this and refuses to refund any money and refuses to accept that she did something wrong. She also claimed that she is the owner of the salon and when i called her out on that she said i can’t speak to the owner. The most unprofessional rude stylist i’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. she also took the machine from me while i was paying because it wasn’t working and then put me on the spot asking how much i wanted to tip when i clearly hated my hair. I’ve never been to a worse salon and can’t believe she refuses to take any ownership over the mess she’s made to my hair. now i have to pay 300$ somewhere else just to fix it. Horrible.
