A good pharmacist is so important when you have health issues, and knows you better than your doctor in my opinion. Whenever I have an emergency or need help with a prescription the big stores are just never willing to help- even if they can access my entire file. The owner of this pharmacist is one of a kind and truly cares about his community. He’s helped me every single time I’ve needed it and I’m looking forward to having a “family pharmacist” again.

Receptionist said “sorry the doctor is running a little late”… The Doctor showed up 60 minutes late. Then watched as several other patients were let in before us. We had to leave before we could even be seen. Receptionist ignored us entirely after the initial paperwork. As we were leaving I witnessed another woman saying her daughter had an appointment yesterday and several patients were let in before her so she is back in again as a walk in. First and last time visiting this unprofessional, poorly managed and scheduled clinic. Zero stars.
D	Dan Beaudoin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another selfish doctor who doesn't know how to read a clock. As others have stated. He is constantly late to appointments, will not follow up and will try to rush you through your appointment in an attempt to make up for his abysmal punctuality. Last appointment I had with him I had to sit in the room and listen to him on a personal Skype call for over 45 minutes. I think the worst of all is that his diagnoses have always been WRONG.
W	William Chik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ben is an excellent caring doctor. However waiting for 2.5 hours for a walk in patience is like putting him/ her to suffer. The front desk nurse needs lots of courtesy in handling this type of cases.
K	Kaiden on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Ben Hamed is the best Doctor in Town! He’s our family doctor for 3 years now! He makes sure that we’ll get all the medical attention that we need! He calls and make sure that his patients is doing okay. Highly recommended Doctor!

The receptionist don’t pick up calls and when they do (when you get extremely lucky) they can’t give you a simple answer and say they will call you back.. which they NEVER did. I had to bug them (phone calls, in-person visits) for MONTHS to complete a simple medical letter. The receptionists are all irresponsible and all they do is blaming on the other staffs/doctor. The doctor is never on time for the appointments and when you finally get to see him, he is always rushed to be out of the room. I do not recommend this doctor

I waited until 10;:40 am and when I hadn’t been seen I asked the receptionist if the doctor was in yet. She said that he had not come in yet. According to his receptionist he had no other appointments in the morning but was running late. I had been told to be on time and that I would be charged a cancellation fee if I did not show up. He is a good MD but I don’t appreciate his lack of punctuality. I will respect his time and only ask for the same respect back. I will not return.
