Don't go here if you have hemmorhoids, they'll just say "keep doing what you're doing" even though you've spent 6+ months with no improvement. They're not bad enough for surgery so you just advise doing nothing? Dr. Shibal is either lazy or uncaring, either way he's lousy.

Dr. Hoossein is my family doctor and my experience with her is good. However, the front desk services of the medical center are horrible. I have dropped the line quite a few times after waiting for 20 minutes on the phone, that too in Excruciating pain trying to find a doctor.

Very frustrating experience, the pharmacy sent in for refill over a week ago and the staff says they cannot send the refill and insists to walk in for an appointment. My wife is out of her medication over a week and really sick to make it to the appointment and staff still wont send the prescription. Outrageous!!

Dr. Samina Hussain is a wonderful doctor, but why do i have to sit on hold for longer than ten minutes every time i call. Ive even called while in the parking lot during covid to announce i had arrived. I was on hold for almost ten minutes, looking through the window, no one was on the phone or at the desk, why are people waiting so long on hold or not getting answered at all? April 19 update for the viewers of this. I am waiting on a call back from management. I had booked an appointment for march 4 as my doctor was away on much needed vacay all of feb. First off, yes! you deserve that dr. Hussain. But guess who showed up for said march 4 appt and no one had actually booked it? You guessed it. this is the second time this has happened. I booked another appt for may 28 and requested a confirmation email. Well apparently the current medical clinic doesnt use email. Contact Head office they said. Dont worry I will be. This is poor customer service and as much as I love my doctor I will be going elsewhere as soon as I can.

5 stars because Dr. Bakir is the absolute Best Dr I have come across in my 37yrs of being born & raised in Edmonton. He's knowledgeable, genuinely cares, & will do the proper footwork before diagnosing. He's given me faith that there are still doctors out there that actually care about their patients & will do everything to assist them to live happy & healthy lives. My daily life has improved alot since being lucky enough to cross paths with Dr. Bakir. I am so thankful! The reception however, I find to be not as friendly, kind of arrogant, sometimes rude. Could definitely use improvement.

Terrible terrible terrible! I waited over an hour in the waiting room.. watched people with appts after me get called in. They kept telling me they were waiting for a room. I finally got in to the room and was waiting another 35 mins. They pick and choose who they serve. It’s very obvious. I was passed along to Dr. Charity as my original doctor transferred and I should have searched elsewhere at that point. What a shame. I won’t be coming back. All the years history with a clinic to get pushed aside as the new doctor brought her patients from another clinic with her.

Took my daughter as a walk in today. We waited 3 hours and the only reason we finally saw the Dr. at that point was because I told them I had to leave as my kids were getting unruly. When the Dr. finally came there was no introduction and the visit felt very rushed. A little heads up about the length of the wait time would’ve been appreciated especially since I had 2 young kids with me. I know the healthcare system is in shambles but a little common courtesy goes a long way

Well the doctors are great, however the reception/ front end team could really improve. I have attempted to book appointments, and then have shown up for them and they were not scheduled. I had to miss work and pay; for their errors, when attempting to obtain some sort of confirmation from them, I was told they did not have access to "ANY" form of email, and was then told I would only receive one from their head office team, a week prior, I asked for some kind of confirmation and they refused to provide any. I have sat in their office and watched multiple team members refuse to answer the phone. As a business I would highly recommend speaking to your staff, as this is a great way to lose clients. Peoples time is incredibly important and it not difficult to be kind. Jordan and or Emily whom answers the phone is whom I am referring too. Negative 0 out of 10, will not be back.
