I have really enjoyed my transition to MaxWell Progressive after a very successful 11 years as a real estate agent. Trust is a big deal in this business! We had picked Travis Bannert to list our home to sell. After a few months he claimed to be showing a client around our property. Once the showing was over, Travis messaged me to let us know they were finished so that our family could head back. However..... Our alarm system showed something different! NOBODY EVEN CAME TO OUR HOME!!! Over the next day or so, Travis spoke to myself, both on the phone and through text about how the showing went. When I finally got him to come around to the house to remove the lock box, he told me to my face how he had been to the house. It wasn’t until I told him I’ve known since ‘the viewing’ he was lying to me that he finally admitted that nobody came to view the house! Buyer BEWARE! Or in this case SELLER BEWARE!!! If we hadn’t called him on his lies, or if we didn’t have the alarm to show what didn’t happen, how long would he have lied for? Right up until we sold the house and he took our money? Who knows, perhaps we had a buyer waiting, but since we had to cancel the contract we’ll never know....

We used Gabrielle Parmer to find a new place and she was fantastic. She was lightning quick in getting back to us with great places and was very knowledgeable about each one. We are planning to use the new home as a future rental opportunity and she was great with all the info on that too. We cannot recommend Gabrielle highly enough.

STAY AWAY !! We have done several real estate transactions in the past . never had such bad experience. We live in Vancouver and bought a rental property in Edmonton . Jaclyn Horne of Maxwell progressive represented the seller . , Since we live far and due to inconvenience , We accepted the offer without actually seeing the property ,thinking we will make trip up there on a later . We payed the deposit amount , removed all conditions , But no access to property !! knowing that we haven't seen it yet ! We were not allowed to view the property even in seller's/ seller realtor's presence that too after paying all the deposit and signed the contract and removed the subjects !! . My realtor asked her why she doesn't want to give us the access even after we removed all subjects , and signed agreement ! And her excuse was we may damage the property !!! Not having access cost me huge financial loss including , delay in finding tenants , cost of my flights , time , rental income loss .. Very unprofessional !! good luck if you are buying or selling through her !! Though I was not dealing with her directly , all through my realtor , Her reactions was very unprofessional and unethical !! Choose your realtor wisely. They can make or break your life ! Realtors beware if you are dealing with her !

It has been a fantastic experience working with Geordie Hamdon-Morison. We were purchasers moving to AB from ON and had very short time frames to find our new home. Our son had previously worked with Geordie on his purchase in Fort Saskatchewan. Our home in ON had sold and Geordie took ownership of our search as soon as we landed in Edmonton.
