★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have to rebook an appointment that they booked for you without contacting you first lookout. Immature, aggressive and unprofessional behaviour. People have lives, they just can’t rearrange their lives in days to accommodate THEIR schedule and not take yours into consideration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phone Consult booked for a specific time. Time was NOT adhered to by the Dr and the call wasn’t able to be picked up. When I called back the less than helpful staffer insisted that I rebook the consult as the Dr was very busy.... Considering the time the receptionist said was the busy time for the Dr consult was the actual time I had booked for my call, its beyond comprehension that the Drs time is more important than anyone else’s. Simply put, not a great experience and I didn’t even walk through the door yet. Moving on from this place ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely wonderful staff from beginning to end everything went super well, and actually had a smile on my face when I left the building , even though i was to go under the knife , 5 star service all the way .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I found the staff very welcoming and friendly, I was very happy with the clinic exceptionally clean and comfortable setting . Dr Dumestre makes you feel very at ease and has a great bedside manner . I would highly recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a procedure on my wrist and elbow completed at Weiss clinic a couple of weeks ago and I can’t say enough about the experience. Facility was fantastic, the staff are very competent and friendly with no detail not taken care of! Would highly recommend Weiss Clinic to anyone considering a procedure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a surgery done at Weiss clinic and had a very good experience. Everyone from the receptionist, the nurses, the anesthesiologist are so nice and professional. The facility look very clean and modern. Definitely will reccomend my friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a surgery re-routed from the hospital setting to the Weiss Clinic during COVID. This was such a welcoming environment to have surgery. The receptionist, nurses, and anesthesiologist, were all amazing and made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend this clinic.
