E	Erin Warrington on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Wilson showed on multiple occasions lack of bedside manner. He also did not take my concerns seriously. Had there been early intervention I feel the nearly fatal outcomes would have been avoided. Can't speak on the other doctors here but I do not recommend seeing Dr. Wilson.

I have no way to contact my doctor to get medication. This is terrifying and I don't know of any workaround. CPSA still lists the doctor as being at this clinic. Answer your phones!

Second call was to ask for further information about where he had moved too because I looked on both website to where my physician was but his information wasn’t there. I don’t know who the receptionist was but she was no help, kept telling me to click number four. Yes I understand my physician has moved but none of these contact information works. Lastly, I called because I needed help or a little guidance to where my physician is but the receptionist was rude, not helpful and clearly doesn’t care. This would be an excellent coaching opportunity for that receptionist on telephone etiquettes. September 2 2020.
K	Kathy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience here. At my first meet and greet the doctor was late and unfortunately I had to leave. I just rebooked, not a problem. Then at my next appointment they called me in early. I came in early and then the staff said you have cancelled you appointment 3 times. I'm like the doctor was late the first time, the second time you called me in early so yes this is the third time but it's not my fault. No one seemed to be aware that someone at the clinic called me in early. They said it must be someone in the back. They spent the whole time talking about their needs - this is what it costs for a missed appointment, this is what it costs for a missed physical, these are our hours, etc. Then they insisted on me signing to transfer my medical records on the spot. I needed time to think about it. I think this clinic needs to spend some time organizing to ensure they know when patients are coming in and please focus on your patients, not yourselves. I didn't get any time to discuss my medical needs. There seem to be too many staff and no one knows what's happening.
B	Brad semeniuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not sure what the negative review are about as my experience with this clinic has been outstanding. The staff were efficient and friendly and the medical staff very thorough, competent and compassionate! I would highly recommend Dr. Schuster and Dr. Wilson.
H	HMC Hawkstone Medical Clinic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To those of you looking for Dr. Ah-Seng, Dr. Sikder, Dr. Salgado or Dr. Raheem, they have all moved on to new clinics. It is their job to notify you of their new location not ours however for convenience we added an option to our phone lines (for approx. 18 months - that's how long they have all been gone) to our phone system to give you their location information. If you contact them and they are not answering, this is their issue, not ours. The only physicians in our clinic are Dr. Wilson, Dr. Schuster and a specialist, Dr. Qureshi.
S	Savy Vonn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have Covid 19 I had to fighting for antibiotics for my sinus infections. When I run out of my antibiotics, I was told to go the hospital for my antibiotics.. I am very sick but this Dr. does not seem to care.

I'm unable to leave a voice-mail and I haven't been able to get through. I've tried earlier in the month to confirm my appointment, with the same result. I hope you get this, thank you.
