My stylist left so I was recommended a new stylist, Fran. When I called I told them I needed my roots touched up. They had looked at my file and everything when they booked it so they should’ve known I had baby lights done last time. Then the day before they ask me what I was wanting and I said I had baby lights done the last time and wanted my roots touched up. They had to book extra time which was fine. When I got there Fran was a bit rude and said next time I call I have to ask for foils. I said I told them what I wanted when I called and she told me the receptionists don’t understand sometimes. I again told Fran I just wanted my roots touched up and I told her the color I had done last time. When I first booked the appointment the email said it would be around $90. Fran charged me for a whole new set of foils and said she did it based on what I paid last time. Last time was the first time I had foils done so of course it was full price. She added even more foils this time which I didn’t want. I just wanted roots done. Not impressed when I was charged full price again for something I didn’t even want. I asked the cashier if that is what I am to expect to be paying every time and she had no idea.

Extremely awful customer service..i booked an appointment for a hair treatment and asked specifically if wash and blowdry is included the receptionist confirmed that it was..when i got there the stylist said it was not ..it was horribly expensive and when i told them what the receptionist said ..i was told that I was welcome to go and shop around..they didn't care about losing a customer. Never going back and not recommending anyone either.You guys definitely need friendlier and polite staff members.

Everything was going fine until the stylist said why don’t you take the scissors and cut it yourself and you will see. As a customer I can be less knowledgeable but less does it mean you talk like that. Unacceptable. First time I come across a behaviour like that. I’m glad she voiced it out , it assures me I shouldn’t ever go back there.

I have been going to this salon for 5-6 cut and colors. When I first tried them out their pricing seemed reasonable as they did a full dye with cut and charged me $110. It progressively got more expensive as I expressed how much I liked the stylist, first mistake. She left so I tried a new gal who tried to lighten the roots and left white blotches as the color she used was to much light. She had to use other products to try and fix that mistake which I was billed for. I did express my unhappiness for the price and the dye job however no one addressed my complaint nor did the stylist. This salon doesn't fix your problem face to face, they take your money and text you after the fact when the gal at the till lets them know you are unhappy. Not professional really. They give the impression they really just want your money. She did offer to fix the hair and basically stood behind their pricing as she said this is what you paid in the past. The end result was different in the past but not sure she gets that part as she never offered any kind of refund. I would be careful of this salon as they charge for extra product and services that you do not ask for, they are also expensive as they find what your price mark is. Value is not there, atmosphere is lacks and no one smiles there or makes eye contact to say hello. Lots of young staff however even the older girls should be an example but they are much of the same thing. I won't be returning and you should look elsewhere else where your dollar will be respected and the experience will be more of a positive one all around.

I had my appointment with Natalia. She was beyond amazing. She is extremely talented my hair turned out so good exactly how I wanted it. She kept me updated throughout the process. She is extremely personable also which made the appointment so fun. Definitely ask for Natalia :)

Had a haircut appointment with Lexi, she was amazing gave me a completely awesome new look! Also, they were very facilitating. I needed a separate corner because of my hijab and they had a little room arranged just for me. Staff was friendly, price was reasonable and service was amazing. Thank you!

If I can stop one person from going to this location, this review is worth it. My girlfriend isn’t one for leaving google reviews but seeing how upset she has been over the last 3 weeks (but an ongoing process for 3 months) I felt it was imperative for others to see what she has gone through. Initially she went with long blonde hair and wanted roots to be touched up, the hairdresser left the bleach in for too long over processing it and it left stripes and spots so their remedy, being the professionals they are meant to be, was to dye it darker to correct the spots and stripes. However colour does not cancel out colour and the hair did not take the colour at all so now the hair is no longer blonde, is darker which spots and stripes still. At this point she left distraught and contacted the store manager who said come back “I will personally fix it”. However she had to wait 6 weeks due to the damage caused to her hair. On the day of her appointment the manager called to cancel and she suggested a different hair stylist who then had to colour the hair an even darker colour and cut it shorter to remove the damaged hair. The person given to her did not seem qualified to fix all of these mistakes though she was told she was as qualified as the manager. This new stylist overcharged for colouring (seeing overcharging in a few other reviews) and cut hair the badly. When she went back for them to now fix the terrible cut, the stylist was not there and was recommended another stylist to fix the cut to which this stylist did an even worse job! Myself being a man noticed how bad it was the moment she walked in the door, it honestly looked like it was cut by someone who had never picked up scissors before. You may be wondering why she kept going back but she wanted to extend grace and they kept reassuring her the top stylist would work on it. Luckily she was able to get her money b but her beautiful long hair is now gone after growing it for 4 years and is now pixie cut. What is worrying is the amount of people unqualified working there so the chances of someone needing a stylist and having the same experience is worryingly high.

I had my very first appointment with Natalia today and she was AMAZING. I went in for a cut and balayage and I’m just over the moon with her work. I went in with long, grown out, lifeless, 3 toned scraggly hair & she transformed me!! I feel so beautiful! She was also so easy to talk to & made me feel so comfortable. I found the pricing very reasonable, for all the hard work and time Natalia spent on my hair and the overall outcome. I was shocked (in a good way) with the results because I have to admit, I kept my expectations at 50% because you never know what to expect when visiting someone for the first time, it’s hard finding THE hair person!! Even my hubby keeps complementing me on what a great job the hair dresser did. I am absolutely 100% impressed and 10/10 recommend go see Natalia!!
