She apologized and said the dry cleaning would be no charge. I bought two new shirts because I didn’t have my clothes back in time. When I went in on Saturday to pick there was a note on the door saying they closed early. When I finally picked up on Sunday she said she didn’t remember any of the conversation, the shirts could have been picked up Tuesday, and she still charged me for the shirts. Terrible.

I am so happy because I had makeup/face stains on the front and dirt on the arms and pockets. It all came out! I had been refused service elsewhere because they didn’t want to risk cleaning a white jacket with black cuffs. You can 100% get your Canada goose jacket done here! My blazers look like new as well.

I take in things to be tailored, repaired, dry-cleaned. I have taken in men's and women's items. I am new to Edmonton and I had tried two previous service providers that were just awful. When I used 5 Star for the first time I thought it was amazing compared to the other sub par services I had tried in the area. Everything has been returned with great work. I had a whole zipper replaced on a jacket and it was very reasonably priced and Tu Nguyen went out of her way to color match it. When a small locally owned outfit is ran by a few women I understand I may have to wait at the counter while they finish up a phone call. I'm happy to support 5 Star Tailors, thank you for the great experience.

Just recently I had brought several suits that are now ten sizes too big since dropping a tonne of weight. At first I expected to just donate them or try to tailor a few but realized there was A LOT of fabric being moved and didn’t think it would fly. I was all measured up with my dropped items within minutes of walking in with no appointment which was the first kind of “wow”. A few days later they were all ready for pickup and I grabbed them in a hurry home and tried them on later in the evening in front of my wife expecting her to point out every little flaw and thing she didn’t like. To my surprise EVERYTHING fit perfect and was very streamlined and slim fit as I had requested. I did not need any further alterations or adjustments and have a piece of mind knowing the work is very quick, quality, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend giving them a try and personally will only use this dry cleaner / tailor in this city. Thank you again! ?

I have been a customer here for over 3 years and they have never disappointed me. Also whenever I told her I need my alteration quickly she would deliver the next day the best service ever. One time she advised me about a new blouse I accidentally rip when I was trying to take it out of the package, It doesn't worth the mending as it will cost the same as the blouse’s original price and this is Honesty. She is a great tailor and a strong mommy. Keep doing an excellent job Tu.if there are more than five stars I would certainly give her.

She made me feel really confident that I can rest assure that she would do a great job. I was leaving $5000 worth of jackets with them so of course I needed to be absolutely sure that this is a good place. Picked up my jackets today and was absolutely amazed how great the job was. As a bonus the owner also does shoe cleaning, so I got a pair of my golf shoes cleaned. Very happy customer here. Very trust worthy business.
