Not only were the owners extremely friendly and accommodating but they also got the alteration done within a 24 hour time constraint! The quality of work is comparable to high end stores but you here you don’t have to break the bank. I trust Art Tailors and only Art Tailors when I need to get any work done on my clothes :)
S	Stan Deregowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I generally don't write reviews and thought that I would eventually get over the experience but after two years and every time I look at my leather jacket it still infuriates me. I was happy with all the previous repairs that were done until I had the lining in my leather jacket replaced. I was assured that it was worth replacing the lining due to the leather being of good quality.To spend $160.00 for lining that came apart in little more than a month is not right, . Yes it was repaired free after the 30 day warranty, but more holes developed a month later and further repairs were on me. I was told that they didn't make the material but another tailor told me that the wrong lining was used. My original lining only developed holes after more than 12 years. I used to before, but will not recommend Art Tailors to anyone.

I’m so pleased with the results of my alterations and they have the best customer service. I will never go anywhere else. 11/10 would recommend.

I needed a rush on some alterations before leaving for an international trip and they had them done in less than 2 hours, even though I asked for them within 2 days. Always a mark of a good business….make a promise and over deliver.

He notices details most miss and puts in the extra effort to ensure you look perfect. He puts care in the little things like measuring both arms to ensure they both get the fit they need given slight alignment differences from use. He fixed up clothes other Tailors rushed through and botched. Not to mention he got the job done extremely quickly at a much better price than other places I've gone. Art Tailor is the place to go for all alterations whether it be suits, dresses or everyday clothing. I've gained tremendous confidence knowing my clothes make me look great thanks to Jim!
D	Deanna T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Art Tailor. Jim and Wendy are both fantastic to deal with. I trusted them to alter my wedding dress and it came out beautifully. My dress had lace trim along the hem but had to be shortened. Other tailors I consulted said the lace couldn’t be salvaged, but Wendy unstitched the lace trim and re-sewed it perfectly by hand. Since then, I brought in puffer coats, wool coats, leather jackets, and blazers for alterations. They even fixed clothing that other tailors have damaged. They’re the best tailors in the city.

I always need my trousers shortened a little bit, but I'm always scared another seamstress will change the pants as they have a hidden hemline. However without fail, they always do an amazing job. The first time I got the tailoring done I thought they didn't change anything at all, the hemline looked exactly like when I originally bought it, it was great. Their hours and my schedule are very hard to line up, and I live far north but I continue making the trip out to them when I need my pants tailored. I only trust them, they are knowledgeable and do quality work! They have also been quite nice and accommodating to my schedule if absolutely necessary to drop off or pick up afterhours. Highly Recommend!
