If I could give a -5 for my experience with Armour Coatings, I certainly would. However, based on the limitations of Google Reviews, a +1 will have to suffice. This past spring I hired Said to remove an old epoxy coating on my concrete deck and re-install with a new Quartz Broadcast system. According to Said the job was no problem, which he assured me many times he had the skills and experience to handle it. To be fair Said worked hard, was pleasant and did a good job removing the old coating. However, my worst nightmare was about to unfold. As the job was getting close to completion, I noticed multiple trowel marks and uneven ridges across the entire deck. At this point in time prior to Said applying the final Aspartic Coating, I voiced my concerns. Said once again assured me everything would be perfect once the final sealing coat was done. Once the gloss coating was done, it was immediately clear to me how bad of a job Said had done. By this point Said had departed. I contacted him multiple times to come back and fix the abomination that he had completed. However, to date there has been no contact. To make matters worse, Said used Duct tape to tape his poly to my custom glass railing to protect it from the coating. As a result, once I removed the duct tape and cleaned up Said’s mess of garbage that he kindly left behind, it had permeated my custom powder coated railing and has permanently damaged it. My custom 6’ high privacy cedar wall on the end of my other deck was also the victim of Said’s lack of common sense. There is duct tape residue and epoxy littered across the wood. I will have no choice but to sand the majority of the Cedar and re-stain. As far as my deck is concerned, it currently is littered with cracks, bubbles, ridges and waves throughout. In fact, the entire 1000 Sq ft surface will need to be removed and a new coating applied. Hopefully next year I can find a contractor with the proper skills to do the job right. Said touts a 10 Year Warranty on his work…I didn’t even get 1 Day.

Said was awesome to deal with from start to finish! He told me a timeline, executed before that initial date, and did a unbelievable job! We are extremely happy with the quality and service and would recommend him and his family! The Epoxy/Polyaspartic Finish looks amazing!

Excellent service and quality of work that cannot be matched. Every person that has seen the epoxy finish on my garage floor has commented on how nice it is. I feel guilty parking my vehicle inside due to how beautiful the finish is. In addition to the quality of work, what stood out to me was the dedication in achieving customer satisfaction at every step. Highly recommended.
