Did our research and chose Lim Goldsmiths. We were met by a very friendly personality by the name of Jamie. She was kind and patient with this old couple and concerned that we would get a nice updated set of rings. At each step we were given time to review the design and make suggestions and get their expert thoughts and ideas. We were over the moon with the end result. A lovely updated set that enhances each of the diamonds and looks lovely on “mature” hands. Would highly recommend Lim Goldsmiths to anyone looking for a professional jeweler where the customer is treated with respect and feels valued. Thanks so much.

Customer service is very important to me, especially when purchasing something like my wedding band, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to deal with or better customer service, it was incredible! I absolutely LOVE my wedding band and would go back to Lim Goldsmiths anytime…maybe for an anniversary band, haha. I will be recommending Jamie and her business to all of my friends & family. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secretly buying an engagement ring was super easy with Lim. Exteremely discrete. Very helpful with questions. Very open with diamond inventory. As soon as anything was ready, I had pictures/videos in my inbox/phone within minutes.
Staff is lovely, friendly, and helpful
10/10 would buy another engagement ring. Gf probably won't let me tho

I was very nervous because I had a very poor experience creating my engagment ring a few years prior at a different jeweller, but Haeng was patient with me and allowed me to be a part of the design process to ensure I would be 110% satisfied with the end result.
The service and communication from the staff involved was above and beyond, and I cannot thank them enough!
