★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked them to fax my Doctor during this trying time, they said they would and that I would be in the Que. Turns out they never faxed Doctor for 8 more days until I asked about the status. Phoned Doctor and I made sure they sent it. Once received they now inform me I'm in the Que now and approx 30 day wait for an inhaler that i'm almost 100% out of. Actually they were rude about it as well. Never will use this pharmacy again. I have used Safeway Pharmacy since near their beginning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service..I experienced rudeness by one of the employees.. not only was she rude but she accused me for not coming to pick up my prescription ..while I had called and said my car was not functional for a while due to cold weather..the lady by the name on Mitchell had a very degrading attitude and was working without a mask in the time of Pandemic. Left message for MR Walter the owner to explain my self but he did not bother to return my call. So I called him and was also promised a big tub of the refill cream for half price since technically it expires in three months but this one expired in one month and lady Mitchell denied it and was very verbally condesending and MR Walter the owner is very cold and rude ..I will not be visiting this pharmacy again and imagine staff without masks..how very sad ..of course we all experience rudeness every now and than but this pharmacy excels at it..
