★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID THIS PHARMACY! They will nickel and dime you and charge as many dispensing fees as possible! My husband picked up TWO medications that his doctor prescribed today and was charged FOUR dispensing fees because the dose was tapered. Is that even legal? They have done this before when they told us they wouldn't charge us a second dispensing fee to come back after the doctor sent a prescription for the wrong dose (half the required pills). They said to get the doctor to correct and they wouldn't charge the dispensing fee when we came back. They REFUSED to take off the dispensing fee and overcharged our insurance for the pills the second time. I guess they think you must be rich if you shop in this area. We will NEVER return to this crooked pharmacy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy here is absolutely horrible. They want to charge you for consultations and make it super hard to get medications prescribed by family doctors just to get more money. I wish I could give less then one star because it’s actually really upsetting how awful these medical “professionals” are. Honestly should be ashamed with how they talk to people and their lack of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lady staff offer a bad service for me today at 12.00pm of the 10th of November 2021.
I drop of my prescription to her and I was told to come back to pick up in 20min. Unfortunately when I come back to pick up my medicines, I found the paper of my prescription was still in her desk and was not processed!
This lady is stick to the phone for a long long time and don't care any body who are waiting for. So a staff on the desk of pick was looking around and could not find my file. I had to wait another 20min for my prescription with terrible teeth pain. Soalmost any time I have unhappy experience ant his pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is one mid aged chubby Asian lady works at the post office from time to time, got some strange attitudes and gets angry easily. I suggest the management look into get rid of her from this location. Not sure what she is going through, but every time I interact with her, she seems to be problems with the customers. The rest staffs there are pretty easy to deal with. Just one stinky staff there needs to let go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give less than 1 star I would, I called ahead of time to check if they do the rapid covid test they said yes they do it everything is good ao far. I show up amd the lady asked me if we have symptoms, I was honest and said yes, the reply is "oh if ypu have symptoms we can't do it for you this is only gor asymptomatic people, if you have symptoms consider it Covid and isolate" that's absolutely ridiculous so I will stop my life for a maybe? Then what's the purpose of doing the test? It is actually to know and confirm it's covid. Absolutely garbage service her excuse was yeah sorry! I don't know where you recruit these people, 0 empathy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this place no stars, I would. Today I went to this shoppers with my kids to drop off a package for the Canada Post, and along the way, decided to buy two items. The cashier was busy with a long line, so I went to self checkout services. I scanned the items, PAYED by tap, and it asked me if I wanted a receipt, an email receipt, or both. I chose both, it showed my email, I confirmed, and was about to leave, when a Asian cashier named Jo Ann (so-called cashier manager) came to me and told me I didn’t pay. She ignored me and didn't ask about the situation, and very rudely and strictly, told me I hadn’t payed, since apparently, the screen hadn’t changed back to its home screen.
My kids were scared, and worried, while I was fuming mad, since no one should have an attitude like so. The WORST experience.

I went to a different shoppers a few days prior and didn't experience very friendly or welcoming customer service so I wasn't interested in buying anything. The customer service at this shoppers was very nice and I ended up getting some new fragrances. Thank you for the great friendly service
