Her techniques were excellent and she adapted as my healing evolved. I can now say that I am pain-free in the troubled areas and am very grateful to have had her expertise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I LOOOVE coming in to see liliana for osteopathic treatment. She always knows exactly what my body needs, and very intelligent in many aspects. I always leave with physical and mental peace, and having learned a bajillion things from her.
My insurance only covers so many treatments but Its worth paying out of pocket.
She’s been a staple for me in this changing period of my life, and bringing sense and harmony to a lot of disconnect in my mind & body. It’s like a much needed tune up in ways I haven’t been able to experience before. I recommend her to everyone I can. A very warm soul and she leaves me feeling warm too. Thank you for helping me bring me back into my body in these trying times. You’re the best!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naina provided excellent therapy for my lower back using a variety of techniques. She is very hands on and you will get her full attention for the duration of your session. Through her therapy and consistent home exercising, I have majorly reduced my pain and increased my range of motion. I highly recommend her for any physio needs

She was attentive to my concerns during the assessment and quickly went to work. I was provided at-home exercises to continue strengthening the problem area.
I had no pain the next day, and continue with our plan. For any further issues, I would be certain to contact her. I highly recommend you do as well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoy coming here. You can book and reschedule your appointment right on their website. Facility is clean. Leonora is great. I like that she isn’t chatty. She asks about your problem areas and focuses on it. Her pressure is really good. Highly recommend her and this facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My shoulder has hurt for quite some time now along with reduced mobility. I’ve been seeing Naina for a couple of weeks now and the results are dramatic to say the least. Mobility has increased from approx a 90 degree raise to 145 degree raise. That’s amazing in such a short period of time. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone looking for a physiotherapist

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Experience every time! The professional approach and no rush feeling of Momentum is wonderful. I have been seeing Naina for a few weeks now and it has been an awesome experience! After five years of constant pain in my shoulder/neck and switching between centers and chiropractors/ physiotherapists, I’m finally free of any pain. Naina is amazing and extremely knowledgeable in her field and has the social skills to relate to her patient on a personal level. She makes you feel comfortable the entire time and really listens to your concerns and takes the time to answer all of your questions. I already feel so much better after just a few sessions! I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love how easy it is to book a massage session through the app Mindbody. The clinic had a relaxing atmosphere, ample parking space, reception was welcoming, all is well.
I had the pleasure of having Johnny as my RMT. He was very knowledgeable and skillful. The 60 minute appointment was well spent as he was able to target all my problem areas and also provide me with a head to toe massage. His techniques will leave you very relaxed that you wouldn't want to leave and will leave you resenting that you didn't book a longer massage.
