★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had the best facial ever. Nighat was absolutely outstanding and so skilled. Every other time I have had a facial, the extractions hurt and I had red marks afterwards. Not with Nighat - she is a pro! I’ll definitely be back to see her! She made me feel so relaxed and her personality was lovely. She explained all of her steps in such a clear manner. Thank you So much for the great service Nighat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited bliss for massage and facials and the experience has always been awesome! Great atmosphere and the only place in Edmonton that feels truly like a day spa. I have to give a special rave to RN Carly though. I have seen her for injectables a few times now and she does amazing work and is super knowledgeable. I have previously just visited a family doctors office for Botox/filler where it was very quick and the experience at the spa is just so much better. Carly asks questions and checks in throughout the procedure to ensure you’re happy with what she’s doing and makes great recommendations. I hope she never leaves bliss - LOL!

I've now received two massages from Nicole and she is, by far, the best massage therapist. She is professional and cares about my comfort and overall experience. I will and already have recommended her strongly to friends and family.

It was the perfect class for the morning, with just enough relaxation and challenge to get you going. Isabelle is a fantastic teacher with a kind and positive energy. The studio space itself was very inviting and relaxing. Would highly recommend this yoga studio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here for yoga classes a few times. Great front desk service. The change room has free lockable lockers, showers and blow dryers. Very clean and calming atmosphere. Only one yoga studio. So far the instructors have been good. Classes are around $20 for drop in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A spa like no other in the surrounding area, it’s like transporting yourself to a fancy resort. I had the best massage I’ve ever had in my life done by Emily, I was able to escape motherhood for a few hours they were serious about enjoying as much of the facility for as long as I wanted. I feel so pampered and relaxed! I will be coming here and only here for my future massage services I can’t wait to try many of there other amenities. I think one note would be to tell guests upon arriving the expectation of voice level I understand some people come to chat with each other but it is a spa environment I was not told to whisper but it was very obvious (to some I guess) to keep voices at a whisper level. Not the businesses fault though they had plenty of signs to remind people and obviously set the expectation by there own lovely quiet demeanour! I love love love this place so grateful to have it in YEG

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love this spa. The spa side has 2 beautiful relaxation rooms for before and after your treatment, along with coffee or tea and snacks. The pedicure I had was fantastic and included a take home nail polish and real flip flops. The room itself is very comfortable and relaxing with massage chairs. And the yoga side is also great with a nice yoga lounge for before or after your class with a gorgeous room and great instructors. Highly recommend!
