I have trouble going into this location because the stinky perfume/cologne section is right inside the IN doors and you have to walk through the stench, and the strong combo of smells literally makes me gag. I don't understand why in the age of "no scents allowed in the workplace" and "be sensitive" to others this store has to go all out to stink up the place. I only use the post office because it's handy, and hold my breath when I go into the store so I don't gag or start sneezing. But I won't be going back into the postal outlet (or the store) again after today. I'm Really unhappy with the grouchy, snotty post office staff member I keep encountering, and really don't need Attitude either. I also don't like the way I see other customers treated. This store (and p.o.) used to be much better - very little stink and much better behavior by staff. I don't know what changed this summer, but it's not a good change.

Waited half an hour and was told printing labels is not available. Good job. When You are frustrated, the staff lashed at you and saying ‘it is not our fault. ‘ worst customer service ever. So it is your fault not to print your shipping labels I guess. Do not waste your time here
A	Adriana Sadleir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not appreciate the customer service I received today in this post office, I therefore thought I would review other people’s experiences and they seem to be identical to mine, so obviously there is something wrong with the staff here and not the customer. I agree with everyone else’s complaints, the staff was snarky, defensive, and extremely unhelpful, not to mention unwilling to get to the bottom of the issue with their mistakes. Mistakes do happen, but when you’re met with someone who is willing to help, it makes things go a lot smoother. That was not the case here. Both times I came in I was unhappy with the abrupt and unwelcoming customer service. I do not recommend this location, travel the extra distance for better service.
