β β β β β Easy peasy. Staff are polite and quick. Have gone here for 5+ years since moving to the area and always helpful. They even help you by providing tape and pens and letting you package things and then skip the line to ship things. (Post office at mall makes you buy packing tape everytime).

β β β β β I have never had any problems communicating with the ladies who work there. Their accents are lovely. They have been polite. Those who give a single star should put themselves in the post office clerks' shoes. They are badly understaffed, which is NOT their fault, and, consequently, very badly overworked and stressed. Yet if the Canada Post gives them one-hour-long lunch, fine by me. You can always call prior to going there. If they only have thirty minutes for their lunch, but spend one hour on the break, that is a different story. (I do not know how long is their statutory lunch.) When I need to go there, I usually call them beforehand. This post office is not as bad as some people say. I have never had any problems there and if I have to wait, so be it. I am not going to lose any sleep over minor inconveniences. Well deserved three stars.

β β β β β This is my favorite post Office in Edmonton. Staff are very professional. They know what they are doing. It didn't take time from me to finish all what I need. Valentina is the best have ever seen in post Office tasks. Thank you so much for all your help. I appreciate helping public during this pandemic.

β β β β β Very negative experiences every time I come by to pick up a package, specifically with the employee named Natalia. I am very accepting of working with a language barrier but to be downright disrespectful to myself and other customers in line isn't very nice. If something isn't working then she will immediately say it is the customers fault and not wish to help any further. If something doesn't come up immediately on the computer or I have a question there is no answer she can give but just argue. I don't usually write reviews but when it has to do with customer interaction at a service that I conduct business at it becomes irritating for me. I will most likely try and take my business to another Canada post as I appreciate the company and services they offer however this location and employee needs more management and knowledge. There may need to be more in depth training on how postage works so if we as customers have a question it can be adequately answered or discussed to come to a solution. More in depth training with customer service in general would be fantastic as well, Natalia also seems like she just doesn't want to be there doing that job and that effects how she does the work and interacts with customers. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.

β β β β β Please find a replacement for the staff member Natalia. Every single interaction I have with her is disrespectful, uncaring, illiterate and time wasting. This is not the first time I have written a review about her, I am as pleasant and understanding as I can be to an extent in customer service and when dealing with customer goods but she crosses the line every single time. Thanks

β β β β β I came in today as usual (at least once a week to send off letters for my job). The staff were treated terribly by someone who had no valid ID. They were doing their job and I assume they canβt legally canβt give out mail to someone without ID. I and the woman behind me both stuck up for the staff (Natalia who is awesome and a trainee who was great) as we both get great service here.
