Worst location to pick up parcels. I've been dealing with Canada Post for years with no issues whatsoever but this place has by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. In particular, a woman named Linda has such a condescending attitude despite my friendly manners. I literally came to pick up a package and she acts like I've ruined her life. When I came to drop off a package, she even had the nerve to raise her voice at ME due to a systematic error with the shipping label. I try to come at different hours to avoid her because the other staff are okay, but she seems to be working there the majority of the time so there's no workaround.

Lady serving me was really nice and sweet, however the Internet was down, took ten minutes for the lady next to the one serving me to tell her that, no apology, just stated as a fact. Couldn’t send my package off as a result. It’s 2021.

This location is the worst I have ever dealt with due to the one older lady with glasses that others have complained about as well. She should be politely asked to retire because it's clear she doesn't want to be there. I have numerous encounters with her, but here's the one that led me to write this review: I received a delivery slip in my mailbox, so as it said, I went there the next day after 1pm (6pm to be exact), I waited for 5 minutes at the counter as she loudly chatted with a delivery driver in the back about non-work related topics, fully aware I was waiting because she kept glancing at me. She finally came out, checked the reference number on the slip and told me it's not here and told me to come back tomorrow. I said, I order packages on a regular basis, it should have been unloaded off the driver's truck last night or this morning, it's been well over 24 hours since the notice was left, maybe it just wasn't scanned in. She immediately raised her voice and asked me to leave, even though there was literally no one in line. I was polite, said thank you, and left. I came back the next morning, and she was working again. I handed her the slip and she did the exact same thing. She said it wasn't in the system, and I should come back tomorrow. Which is when I started to get upset. So I went back later that evening, a younger lady was working and was very polite, she tried to help me figure out why my package was not showing up in the system. She actually went in the back and went through a large pile of packages that the older lady had failed to scan in, but was unable to find it. She took down my information and would call me if she found it. I said thank you and left because this time there were people waiting. A week after the slip was left in my mailbox, I called Canada Post and lodged a formal complaint. The gentleman who took my case was polite and promised to be in touch. A few days later I received a call and they had found my package at this location. The result of the investigation was, the older lady had not scanned it in when the driver dropped it off. She threw it on the shelf and let it sit, waiting for it to be returned to sender. The first time I had arrived with the slip, if she had simply went into the back and looked as I had politely asked, I would have gotten my package on time. When I did go in to get my package, the original reference number matching the slip left at my mailbox was perfectly attached and visible. I have spoken to a few of my neighbours who unfortunately also have to deal with this post office and they all know her, apparently this is just what she does. If Canada Post is reading this, I suggest this lady is removed from her position immediately. There is an entire neighbourhood that struggles to receive packages on time due to her straight up laziness and negligence.

It's an okay post office with okay service usually, however this lady working there today by the name of Karen was AWESOME!! She had answers for all my questions for setting up a business account with them, was super friendly, and went above and beyond. She even helped me out with packing and sending out my first online order, so happy she was there!!

This canadapost site is great. Staff are gentle and nice. Sometimes there are quite a few people waiting in lines but the staff are always trying their best to save everyone’s time.

Customer service let me know that my package was a puralator not Canada post delivery. Staff was kind and helpful, she event pointed me in the direction of the nearest puralator.

My package was returned to sender the day before my last day of pick up and no one wanted to take accountability for their mistake and compensate me for the troubles. I’ve had to go there twice to talk to someone and even mentioned that the package contains my medication. Now I’m having to pay an additional shipping fee to get it sent back to me. Completely careless and unprofessional.
