β β β β β I first heard of this place in Vancouver and was pleasantly surprised to find that they are also here in ETown! Never had an issue at this location. Drinks always come out quick and as advertised. Pricing is average. This is a bigger location with tables and chairs to lounge in. Biggest table they have here seats 6.

β β β β β Their signature cream foam is smooth. Nice atmosphere. No music is a minus. If you are looking for a place to hangout with friends for an hour or two, I would recommend this place.

β β β β β the strawberry aiyu fresh milk is a great novelty if you want to try something other than milk tea. Aiyu were great. Donβt forget to shake it before ur drinking. Awesome bubble tea place with so many flavours and types of drinks and all at a reasonable price! very quick and friendly service I highly recommend it!

β β β β β every time I specifically order certain menus, Iβve never once received the right one. This time, I ordered a matcha milk tea but it tasted like nothing even though it was 100% sugar and just less ice. It felt like I was just drinking water.

β β β β β Very quick service, loved the bubble tea. But I forget to mention that I don't need ice in my bubble tea, so would be good if the cashier asked these sort of questions. Overall, good.

β β β β β If I say milk tea with lychee, I would expect milk tea with lychee pieces in it. However, that's not what I got. It was lychee flavoured milk tea.
I also got the taro smoothie, but it felt like they added a little bit of taro powder to a bunch of ice, as the flavour was lacking.
Also, the vibe inside is not acceptable. There was garbage bags on the other side of the tables. I understand that stores had to limit seating area due to Covid. However piling garbage in these areas is not a pretty sight to look at.
The interior has so much potential, but its sad to see how uninviting it has become.

β β β β β Easily the best bubble tea in Edmonton. They have the best flavoured and most consistent bubble tea you will have. This location is always well staffed, never seems to be rushed and always gives good customer service. They have a great rewards program that is easy to navigate and the most consistent quality you will find.
