A bit too sweet. Did not enjoy the consistency of the pearls. Just an average bubble tea joint. ...and don't bother ordering the fresh coconut bubble tea. It's basically just frozen Aroy-D coconut drink which you can buy for $1.50

My friends and I went and all got a different drink and tried one another’s and they were all good. Also was a fan of the pearls, they were soft but not super chewy. Definitely coming back :)

The prices are great. I love that the milk teas taste a bit more like tea compared to milk. I find a lot of other bubble tea places taste more like milk then tea. The staff is very friendly here. It’s nice that they remember us as we come often.

This bubble tea place has many options of either the lower quality powder or very good real fruit. They also have tapioca, mango fruit stars, etc for options. They also offer other interesting Asian specialty drinks. The best bubble tea place I have found in the city so far.

I ordered a fresh watermelon bubble tea, what I got was an artificial one, doesn't even taste close to watermelon taste. Plus the tapioca doesn't taste fresh at all! Not even chewy that it falls apart. The worst bubble tea place I've ever been!

I love love love the fact that this place can make drinks with almond milk. But unfortunately in today's bubble tea while I'm happily slurping along, I happen to slurp up someone's very long, thick stand of hair. I know these things are sometimes unavoidable, but maybe people should tie hair back while doing this job...the experience of hair through a straw was kind of gross.

The positive reviewers don't know what they're talking about. Had the real fruit bubble tea - it tastes like artificial flavour, look at the sign and it proudly proclaims there's "fruit + flavour" in there. Also this location is super sketchy, there's drunk people passed out on the street and a huge homeless population on 106 Ave, I was nervous someone was going to vandalize my car. It wasn't the worse Bubble Tea I ever had, but you can definitely find better places.

Not a fan of this place. The bubble tea was extremely watered down. My suggestion for the owners is to lay off the ice a little. It seemed like half of it was foam from over blending. I liked the jellies. This is right downtown innercity so many homeless solicitors are around-Just something to be wary of. I think this place could be better!
