Totally agree with the reviews here. The guy is okay, but the lady is absolutely rude. She can just quit if she has such a hard time doing her job well. Worst service ever!

Worst service ever, stood in line for 45 minuets as the woman at the counter worked her way through the two people in front of me, eventually got to the counter and asked her to send the package with a tracking number three times only for her to print the label for the cheapest delivery with no tracking number. When she finally heard me she shrugged her shoulders and said “I’ve already printed it why didn’t you say anything” that’s when I just picked up my package and left. Maybe Canada post should have people running the front from a English speaking country or maybe even someone with better costumer service skills. Will avoid this post office at all costs

Acceptable but ruined my mood of a day. I pay for an expedited mail, do everything I could just willing to get the package today on time! However, I stay at home but the driver DID NOT ring the doorbell. They just give the notice card WITHOUT a pick up time. I went to this post office twice and nothing is there. At 4 or 5 pm I give them a call, the answer they given to me was very rudely "WE DON'T HAVE YOUR MAIL.". I have to get there 3rd time. When I show there is no pick up time on card he add it on in front of me.(????????) Have no idea why he did it. I finally get the package before they close. Photo of the no-time card but the main problem is they should ring my doorbell !!

By far the worst customer service I ever seen. The lady that take care of the posts just doesn't care at all. She lied to me more than once about not able to send to student service when I called the the main service and they told me they are able too. Same with express courier, as couple days she told us that they don't use it anymore when I just found out they do. I am not sure how the company let her stay or if anyone is looking how customers are being treated bad. If your not happy with your job just quit and stop giving people bad experience. If you're reading this DO NOT go there.

Worst service! first of all no body came to deliver my item, then I received final notice to pick. Went there the next day and post office was closed. Went to post office again the day after and it was the final day. they returned my item. they should wait till the end of the last date.

Was helped by Patti. I've been sending parcels the same way for the past year using multiple postage stamps. Went to this post office for the first time today and she told me because of the new system they do not take multiple pre-affixed postages on parcels anymore. Called numerous post offices that have the new system and the main customer service line, I was told I should have been able to send my parcel with the postages. She asked me to pay for it which I just did because I was in line for 30 minutes because of a long line up and her slow service. She didnt tell me from the beginning that I wasnt allowed to use my stamps as well, she even said I had more on the parcel than I needed. Why say that in the first place? You should just say this isnt allowed anymore. Sounded like she was making up an excuse as she went by saying it's "because of the new system". I would have went to a different clerk that knows what they are doing. Please if you are unsure TELL THE CUSTOMER. DO NOT ASSUME YOU ARE RIGHT JUST BECAUSE YOU DONT SEE THE BUTTON FOR IT.

I went there yesterday and bought a self-addressed envelop. As I am not so sure which one to buy I asked the lady which one is being used for mailing passports. She suggested the bubble one. I got 3 of them, paid $47. + and left. I was just a few steps away and my friend who was on the phone asked me to show him the envelop and when he saw it, he said, it’s not what I need. So I went back to the cashier and told the lady who sold me the envelop that I want to exchange the envelop with the right ones. And she said, NO EXCHANGE NO REFUND POLICY!

I love this Post Office! This rating needs to go up! I've had nothing but good, quick service here! I've been to other locations with more space and the lines have taken forever. Here, I'm always in-and-out super quick. It's my go-to Post Office and where I have my flexdelivery packages delivered. Way to go!
