I asked for my ring to inspected and the lady said everything was good with it. Then she cleaned it and through the process one of the diamonds on my band came out and they couldn't find it. They basically said "oops sorry" there's nothing can we do for you, were under new management. Well good enough then we won't shop there anymore! Smart business practice, good luck with business with poor customer service in this economy. You'll be hearing from my husband I'm sure.

I purchased 3 days a go a ring that needs to be sized, so I didn’t get it on the day I purchased it. I decided that not taking it, so I went there I explained the Manager my request and she said the policy is no refund. Come on, I not even have the ring on my finger they still haven’t done the sizing and not Refund. To sad for me, I told the manager again and I said ok you can make me happy even though I don’t beed the ring, I suggested her that I will exchange the ring for another one cheaper and the rest of the amount left for the first ring going into mi visa, she said not. SO SO SAD, And I tell people with power and money don’t care just about Money. I ended up with a credit that I don’t need it, and so sad. I will tell all my friends, family that this people that this store is the worst. I never been in store were people are so lacking of professionalism, soft skill, customer service. Don’t go there people this guys just want you money. An that is it.

A	Aqsa Hussain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a lower rating I would The staff here lied to me and I ended up placing an urgent order for my sisters engagement When I called them 2 days later about picking it up as they said it would be ready and encouraged me to place the order because it would be ready. They told me I was lying and no one said this to me. I then talked to the manager who told me he couldn’t possibly make it happen and that I had heard everyone wrong that day. I however said I would give in and come to pick something else from the store because they said there was no refunds. When I went in this manager and his staff suddenly found my order. And said that they had it all along and didn’t know. They literally told me that I had forgotten what I ordered by showing me completely different jewelry and kept saying no no this is your order this is the one this is what you ordered but we just forgot the engraving. And then to top it all off while all this was happening they actually ended up finding my actual order not the fake one they kept lying about. The different real one. They did not apologize for gaslighting me for making me feel like I can’t even remember the order. They lied so much. Please don’t shop here

I'm so happy, it is my favorite piece of jewellery I own. I love it so much I hope to get my wedding ring from Premier Jewellers as well. Highly recommend!
L	Loki Skitch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience. Their products are marked up by exorbitant amounts, they take no returns, and don't mention it at all during the checkout process. My last experience there was at best, being hounded around by a woman who was looking to make commission off of a purchase and when I came back unsatisfied with the sale, I was effectively shooed away. Definitely look for a better place to buy your jewellery, it is worth a few extra footsteps to go to a guaranteed place where the customer service isn't as shady.

Brought the earrings back within an hour of purchasing them and was told they can't refund me. I exchanged them for another pair (in the "sale" cabinet but not on sale after all - so conveniently equal value to the original pair I bought), so I'll update when these ones fall apart ?

When I took a closer look at the ring, I found that one of the prongs on the ring is damaged. I do not want to keep a damaged/defective product, especially for that price point. So I went to their store again on Jan 7, 2022 to request a full refund. However, I was told that they never issue refunds, they would only exchange my ring. I understand that each store makes their own return and exchange policies and I respect that. But in my case, I was sold a defective product, and they should issue a full refund to me. The manager there was extremely rude, he said I am no expert, so I cannot said that the ring is damaged. He said the ring was hand-made, it was not perfect, but there is no quality issue. And he wanted to send me away in a very rude and disrespectful way. He said he would call the security to remove me. I feel strongly offended. Now, I still believe the ring I got is damaged/defective, and it has a quality issue.
