My family has been going to Sundeep Jewellers for a few years and have always had really good experiences. I went there recently to get my engagement ring resized since the store it was bought from was being quite difficult and said it would take three months. The people at Sundeep did it in three days!! I was moving away and pressed for time and was absolutely amazed that they were able to do it so quickly, and they did a beautiful job! I highly recommend going here!

This Jewellery store is perfect for Weddings, Birthdays, Gifts, Memorial Pieces. With a wide range of styles that are both modern and traditional it is hard not to leave the store without maxing out the credit card. Regardless of Silver, Gold and Diamond work, the attention to detail and perfection on very individual piece is on par with name brand jewellers. They do not cheap out anywhere and can help you out with any jewellery work needed. Nice management, safe and sanitized store and professional Social Media pages. Definitely will purchase again.

However, the onus isn't on the customer to improve your one or two star rating, the onus is on you, the business, to do so. This is customer service basics 101. Remember, i also work in customer service. And yes I did try to work with the younger gentleman, however as you already saw in my reply before, the older gentleman made this difficult. Note since this review I have given my business to other jewellers, including your competitors, all with very positive experiences due to excellent customer service, not to mention spending thousands of dollars doing so. My partner actually visited your store a few times looking to buy a ring. While the quality of your product is excellent (I mentioned this as a positive before), we couldn't proceed to purchase from you due to the previous negative customer service experience. I wish your business all the best. Remember, customer service is king. Excel, and you get repeat business rather than giving business away to competitors. I see by some recent reviews customer service is still an area your business needs to work on. Best of Luck. .... First the Positive The younger gentleman is excellent. He knows customer service and how to talk to customers. He allows you to shop. I was trying to find earrings for my fiance's engagement. This was supposed to be a pleasant experience, not rushed or forced. The Negatives Unfortunately the older gentleman does not know how to talk to people didnt s any customer service skills. He accused us of spending 45 minutes in the store while other customers were waiting. I was perfectly fine to shop or continuing waiting while he helped other customers. I had money in hand, and I told the older gentleman he would be getting money today if he knew how to talk to people with respect. Unfortunately the gentleman continued to be rude, so much so I told him to go away so I could speak to the younger gentleman. The older gentleman said the younger gentleman was busy. I said that's fine I would wait. Unfortunately he continued to be rude. I also work in a business where I serve hundreds of clients a day. Needless to say clients are very happy with my service. I know customer service, and I know when I see bad customer service. Bottom line: Sundeep has great jewelry. The younger gentleman knows customer service. The older gentleman does not. He needs training and courses. I highly encourage this to improve your store's ratings. I went and picked up jewelry on the same day at another jewellers. No problem at all. I informed the older gentleman he lost a sale (and future sales as well). If you go to Sundeep Jewellers, talk and buy from the younger gentleman. He knows customer service and he will work with you. If you see the older gentleman, walk out. Sorry but I will call out bad service when I see it.

I went to this store to look for a special treat for myself. A local jewelry store would be better than a mall or chain jewelry store. When I walked in there were two men working. The taller one assisted me and he was so friendly. The store was busy but he took the time to explain differences in types of gold and which would work best for. Best gold store I’ve ever been in. Had great customer service.

I visited this place with my fiancé, we were planning to look at some engagement rings. The salesperson who kept on talking over us and didn’t make me feel comfortable, was really defensive with his words and made us feel like we dont belong in this place. Seemded like a really judgemental experience, insulting our emotions in a bad , pushy way. I personally felt that i could never walk into this store again and i would personally not recommend it to anybody. I was having such a good experience at other 2 Jeweler store I visited, prestige jewellers and punjab jewellers, now it made me question whether i should even be looking at the ring i was thinking of getting made for such a long time. In the end , the person just walked away from us like he had no intentions of listening to what we were looking for , where really, he had nothing to show for the diamond cuts that we were looking for.
