My daughter got engaged in Christmas eve to a very upstanding guy that I'll feel proud to call my son-in-law. He bought a beautiful engagement ring from Fantasy Jewellers. It came with free resizing. It was resized wrong. Then it was resized again and a diamond. Was lost. They wouldn't refund the money as they were both disappointed. Pithetic how a big chain can feel any pride doing business in a Mickey Mouse way

This jeweler is completely lacking in any integrity. Fantasy jewelers is where my fiancé purchased my engagement ring. I fell in love with it and there was a beautiful memory attached to that ring from his Christmas Eve proposal. Because of the poor way we were treated by fantasy jewelers, it's now also has a very ugly memory attached to it… Let me start by pointing out that two different employees at this establishment informed us that a ring should not be resized more than twice. It puts stress on the band and gold is a very weak metal. And this is referring to resizing in a reasonable range… We brought my ring back to them for the free resizing. It was supposed to be resized from a 6.5 to a 4.5. We were asked to return in three days. When we returned for my ring we discovered that it had instead been resized to a 9.5! This is a very dainty ring and should not have ever come close to being resized so large. The jeweler should have known this was not right. The employee showed my fiancé the work order claiming that the four looked like a nine. My fiancé told me that it indeed looked like a 4. Either way, it was one of their own employees who wrote down the number so it was still their fault if it hadn't looked like a four. We expressed concerns that resizing so drastically might be doing real damage to the ring and we were told not to be concerned as, if the job was done properly, the ring would not sustain any long-term damage. We were asked to return in another three days… When we returned, we still were not able to take home my ring. The jeweler himself informed us that one of the diamonds had fallen out of the setting after the second sizing. With 10 other tiny stones in this ring, we were very disturbed to learn that one stone had already fallen out. Even if they fixed that one, how do we know that the others are sound? My fiancé asked the jeweler if he would at least consider a reduction in the cost of the ring due to the damage. The jeweler refused. My fiancé then informed him that we wanted our money back as we were no longer getting what we paid for. The jeweler refused. The jeweler was so rude towards us that, two other customers who had been patiently waiting for his attention, chose to leave. He treated us very badly. We paid for a ring that was sound, strong and brand-new. We were no longer getting what we paid them to provide. The fault was 100% there's. They still would not refund our money. With a no refund and no exchange policy, they don't have to treat you well after they've been paid. Now, I am engaged with no ring and we haven't the money to replace it with another one. I also have to tell all of my friends and family, whom I had sent photos of my beautiful new ring to, why I no longer have it. I'd also like to point out that I am legally blind and as such I need to know that the stones in my ring are not going to fall out within the first week of owning it. It was especially important that I be able to trust the jeweler handling my ring. I am less able than most to notice when a diamond has fallen out of its setting and especially unable to find it thereafter. Buyers please beware! I'm sure this is a lovely establishment when things go well but they have no integrity when it counts. You are gambling your money at this location. I am heartbroken over my ring… My fiancé's proposal was so amazing and the ring associated with it is now gone... I have been fighting back tears since we left the jewelers last. . The whole incident has my fiancé and I feeling extremely raw , upset and stressed. Not the way we should be feeling right after getting engaged…

These guys are fantastic. Family operated and they re-size jewelry well and on-site - so if you have a piece you need sized and don't want to pay $100 to have it sent out somewhere, go see them! Great pricing, good quality work and super friendly.

I love the service and quality of the jewels that I have purchase. Not only you get to buy something special for yourself or someone else, but you build a relationship as well with the owner. You feel welcome and you get your money worth.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! the fact i have to give them 1 star is a joke. do not take your jewelry here!! I got engaged three days ago, took my engagement ring in to get re-sized from an 8 to a 7 and they give it back to me as a 7 and a half, and the band of the ring was yellow in color ( my ring is white gold) and they did not seal the ring either. so now i am sending it AGAIN to get re-sized somewhere else because Fantasy Goldsmiths couldn't do it properly in the first place. When i tried calling then to let them know they didn't help me at all and the lady was rude and did not care at all... Horrible experience. Never again

Super nice guy and family but no professionalism at all. My boyfriend bought a promise ring from them which was beautiful and I fell in love with it right away. However it has been 1 month and a half and 2 different diamonds have fallen out a total of 3 times. Each time we go back to get it fixed it looks worse and obviously the fixtures for the diamonds were not fixed properly as they keep falling out. I’m very disappointed with the quality of “repair” that has been done.

Amazing customer service and great quality. I went in to look for a necklace for my sisters birthday, the people were very patient with me and took there time to help me pick out the perfect gift for her. Highly recommend.
