If you want no hassle or runaround, please talk to the Assistant Manager Heather Petryga , licensed optician. She is what professional courtesy is all about, simply because she has been helping people for 30+ years and really enjoys what she does with a passion. I have been getting my prescription filled here for years and I will definitely be back when I am ready for my next pair.

You are in and out with no waiting time at all ( my favorite part). The Doctors are knowledgeable and explained everything in lay man’s term so it’s easily understood.

I called LensCrafters, and they took my situation in right away. I was able to talk to Yuvi, the manager, and he got me fit in new frames and lenses same day! They didn't have the anti reflectives I needed due to terrible astigmatism unfortunately, but they were able to cut basic lenses for me to get me through my days, while they ordered me new proper lenses that I needed. Even adjusted the price, so it was like I got the basics for free until my new ones arrived. They said up they'd be there in 10 days, and they got there in 5. As soon as they came in, they cut them for me right away and it only took an hour! I can't thank them enough for helping me through this tough time, and allowing me to live my days at normal, as I need glasses for almost everything I do. I will be returning in the future. 10/10 experience, and that's not a rating I'll typically just throw out there. Thanks for everything guys!

Yuvi and Amanda helped me get my prescription glasses, suggested a very good frame, what suits best on my face, helped with sizing and everything. Their prices are affordable too.
