★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Stopped in here not too long ago to pick up a bracelet that caught my girlfriends eye. I was greeted immediately by the wonderful friendly staff. Their store had amazing lighting, and their display cases were spot free and shinny .
I delt with one of their employees, Shasta was her name, very helpful and showed great customer service.
I will be definitely be coming back for repeat business.

Please don't get fooled by other 5 star reviews coz they were all created by them to attract customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointing place to be buying jewllery off .. just bought $90 baby earring studs went home and one of the cubic zirconia stone was missing so came bk to the store in less then 24 hours and the lady would not process a refund .... asked her to put me thru a regional manager or director and came to know that there is no one except one owner and is owned locally. I have never come across anyone not processing a refund in my entire shopping life.. when asked what is the warranty it happens to be just one year.. she did offer her goldmith to tighten up the claws and replace the zirconia that is only if they have one in the stock which makes me think this is a scam company selling cheap stuff very expensive. She did fix thw jewllery in less then 15 mins but i will never shop here again as i don't trust this product
will not recommend this place especially if you are shopping for a gift as you don't know if it will be liked or not!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. When I went for repair the so called owner Jack hid behind a sales girl and lied to his teeth about free repair. It was all total lie.
There are two other new Jewelry stores in the mall with great customer service. Guys I am telling you totally avoid this store.

Have been using Jack and his team for well over 10 years, have done countless purchases from custom work to inexpensive items, to battery changes and the service has always been great, at a fair price. ALWAYS welcome when you come to the store, regardless of who is working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner is a creep. I felt like he hired me just to hit on me. I no longer had a job when I wouldn't go to Calgary overnight with him. He was married as well. Said I had to show men the expensive necklaces, let them try them on, but if they ran off with them I would be have to pay for it. Was no google reviews back then. I should have gone to the labor board.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just buy an Citizen watch from Premium Outlet Collection Edmonton International Airport location worth around $400, It was special order. Firstly they took 4 weeks for delivery where they commit one week, Secondly when I got the product it was scratched and there was dust inside the top glass, Store manager stated that after manufacturing all watches sitting in dusty warehouse that was the reason for dust inside the glass. They do exchange only even the product is faulty no Refund. Customer support is not reliable & staff including store manager just manipulating everything.
Highly not recommended to anyone anymore.
