The whole team was awesome I called just before closing the lady's had the lenses I needed in stock and set them aside for me for the following day. When I showed up to the store everyone was so friendly and I found a pair a glasses in my budget ; ) The best part was they were ready in a hour and I can see clearly again :) Thanks guys.

I always go there to purchase my glasses as they have the top brand names available and not just a store filled with cheap no-name frames. That team is always worth the detour to meet if you need high quality glasses or sunglasses!

The store is very modern and clean and has a fantastic selection. Even if it wasn't so nice in there I would go back because of the amazing customer service.

Super knowledgeable and very informative. Gave me recommendations, they deserve to get recognized I’d recommend my friends and family to go there again. I was super happy with my purchase, what really sold me was the great customer service and lovely staff right from the jump! Can’t wait to grab my glasses soon!!

I had Natasha greet me at the front, she was super busy helpful alternate people so asked Vivian to assist. By the end I had both of them helping me. They both took the time to listen to what I liked and what I was having doubts about. Natasha told me what to look for, Vivian came to the rescue with what seemed like 50 different pairs of glasses, held up this mirror for eternity and went though everyone of them. She didn’t ever seem annoyed or bothered. Both Natasha and Vivian at different points made it clear no matter my decision they just wanted me to be happy with my choir since I have to wear them everyday. Sometimes going into a store you feel unseen or like you have to reach out to someone, I didn’t get that feeling walking into the Southgate location, they all were engaged with the customer they were working with and if someone was waiting they acknowledged them. I felt secure in my decision (even though I’m super indecisive and never really sure about my choices). I would happily recommend you go and check them out if you have managed to read my whole review! Thanks again Natasha and Vivian!

Very professional, friendly, great listeners and knowledgeable/skilled. I visited this store twice in two days; once to browse and put a pair of frames on hold and the second time to take more time to try on frames and complete my purchase. Thanks to Natasha for welcoming me in to the store on Thursday (May 26) initially & helping me with my first round of frames, there was also another great associate that prepared me a quote as the store was closing, thank you for giving me that extra patient care! I returned the next day, Divya got me started again on frame selection, Vanessa & Shaun were quick and amazing w/taking my measurements, as well, Vanessa was SO kind and helped me with my final frame selection! After my order was tendered, Vivian did an incredible job of cleaning up the glasses I wore in, replacing the nose pads & adjusting them perfect. TOP NOTCH SERVICE…THANK U ALL!

I have not had a negative experience at all - the staff are real great. The best service I got so far was that they owned to a mistake they made with the measurement of my personal eyeglasses and offered to replace the lenses at no cost to me (after several physical adjustments and tries over a few days). Lately the place has been very busy and I needed to have the nose pad of my safety prescription glasses replaced. The wait was about an hour in the queue but as I was hoping, they accommodated me to a quick replacement of the nose pad without having to wait. If they were that really strict with the first come-first serve rules, I would have just returned another day but that saved me time and gas, which I really appreciated.
