I really appreciate all the help I had in choosing my first pairs of glasses and understanding what the prescription means. As someone who's usually very indecisive it was amazing to experience the patience and help from the staff. I wish I could remember the woman's name who mainly helped me, she's great at her job and making people feel comfortable!

They were always willing to give their honest opinion. Even after I came in three separate times to try them on they always welcomed me back with excitement! I will definitely be sending all my friends and family here!!! Thanks again to the amazing staff!!!!

Their options are affordable but feel high quality and stylish. With capacity restrictions, its hard to get a feel for what glasses are right when you’re alone but it felt like I was hanging out with my pals. 11/10, would recommend!

I had visited another location last year and had got some information on a couple different frames I liked, and I was very pleasantly surprised that they were still available to both try on in store, and to order! The doctor I saw for my eye exam was friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and a pleasure to deal with. I found Bailey Nelson’s pricing to be a huge selling point, I ended up ordering a pair of glasses and prescription sunglasses for a much more reasonable price compared to other optometry stores. Overall I had a wonderful experience, and would recommend Bailey Nelson to anyone in the market for new glasses!

They know me by name, everyone is honest, I trust them in picking out the best frames for my face. It's effortless shopping. I always get compliments on my glasses. I wasn’t even due for new glasses but the girls are all so friendly and helpful, it’s like hanging out with your girl gang when you go inside! You feel so good about trying on glasses and getting their honest feedback. I bought two new pairs and they were ready in a week! Highly recommend going into the store - first for the experience -second to try on all the glasses even if you don’t “need” them?

Friendly staff when you walk in, Ofcourse had to wait for a couple of minutes outside due to Covid rules but was informed right away. Chose this pair right off the bat and the staff member gave me an honest opinion about it which was nice so I didn’t have to keep on looking. When I picked up the glasses a week later the staff took time to make the slight adjustments needed and overall I am satisfied with my purchase! Prices are reasonable as well and I know my glasses will last since my previous ones did! Will be going back here if I need to purchase another pair! And the packaging is so nice too! Feels elegant and on trend!
