It is a poor representation of the values and ideals of your corporate methodologies. You are responsible for the goods that you provide us as Canadian citizens as a whole.

Lovely little boutique store specializing in fashion accessories and handbags. Great for gifts. Carries a large selection of Matt and Nat bags. Very friendly staff and fair prices.

Horrible customer service. Please read before you purchase anything from this store. I purchased a Mat and Nat bag from this store about 5 months ago. Unfortunately, the product turned out to be defective; the strap has broken and the material next to the closure has started to rip. Yesterday, I went in to the store and explained the situation, noting that the bag is only 5 months old so it really shouldn't be breaking apart like this. I did not have a receipt (I didn't keep it as I had intended on keeping the purse), so one of the sales ladies told me that I needed to prove that I purchased the bag there by showing them a bank statement. Fair enough, so I hunkered down to search through my bank records to find the purchase. After I tracked down the purchase, I showed them my bank records as requested. One of the employees then proceeded to try and find the purchase in their system. After she found it, she pointed out that the bag was sold with a discount so there was nothing she could do. Confused, I asked what difference it made whether the bag was discounted or full price; it was sold to me in new condition and it is now falling apart after only 5 months. I would have been happy if they had just replaced the bag with something similar, but the employee refused to rectify the situation, telling me that I should just get in touch with Mat and Nat and see if they can help me. This is so disappointing, as I had used birthday gift cards for a portion of the purchase and now I may never see anything for it. Here's the bottom line. I purchased a product from YOUR store, not the Mat & Nat website. When a problem with said product arose, instead of treating me like a valued customer and replacing the product, you were happy to keep my money and send me off on a wild goose chase. This is so disappointing and frankly, unacceptable. I will not be shopping here again.

Really nice employees! I bought a bag from here and the two women working were attentive without being pushy and guided me to an excellent purchase. They spoke from personal experience with the brand, and also knew product specifications and bestsellers. Definitely very helpful. I wish I had gotten their names because they were awesome! They were working today, April 24 at 2:30 and they both appeared to be in their early twenties.

So sick of seeing the tall white employee without a mask on. All other staff members are smart enough to wear a mask on shift but she consistently does not. People are going to start boycotting the store if your employee does not cover their mouth.

Helpful staff. I like their jewelry. Alot of different pieces.
