I found the staff knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. There was one hiccup that they made right and I'm very grateful for Ken and Revolution Cycle's professionalism. I was recommended by some friends to shop here and I can say with certainty I will be a loyal customer for years to come. Thanks to all the folks at Revolution Cycle!

This is the biggest bike store I have ever been in and the selection of bikes is unmatched. The bikes are mostly high end so if you are looking for a cheap $500 bike this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a nice kids bike or a quality adult size bike then this is the spot. Bikes of this quality will last a lifetime if taken care of. Their website is very up to date so if it is on their website the have it in store.

But that soon passed when I engaged with the knowledgeable, friendly, focus and engaging staff at the store. Just an awesome experience with a bunch of awesome people. I highly recommend this store for all your cycling needs.

Ben spent a good hour with me assessing the best options for me. He presented a couple of options that were available in store at the time, which isn't easy given that I required an XXL frame size. After that, we looked at what was on order and I ended up purchasing one on order. Luckily it only took about 1.5 months to arrive, which is better than most other bike shops which were telling me that 2022 was most likely for something in that frame size. Upon pickup, they walked through the whole bike with me as technology has changed quite a bit since my last bike purchase nearly 25 years ago. They also provided advice and recommendations on additional tools and accessories for me to look at in the future. Depending on your price point, there may not be a whole lot available in stock, but that's like any other bike shop at the moment. Speak with a sales associate and see what they have available on order as they're always receiving product.

This bike shop has some of the best and most selection of accessories and parts even more now that they're expanding. Sid and Keith at the service and parts department are always super nice and helpful. Kudos to you all and more power!

I went here to just look, my partner and I ended up walking out with two beautiful crusier bikes that we now ride almost everyday for the same price as you would pay at a department store. The difference is though the quality of these bike, they are built to last and don't creak at every move you make. They offer free service for a year after purchase and register them on a loss prevention web site thing. Also they take their time with you in helping you find the bike you are looking for and set it up for you. I will never go to department store again for a bike.

Rob was knowledgeable,friendly & helped me out on my 27.5 Cube HPC in Stony Plain Store back in March and my Cube 29 SL 150 when they opened the Cube Revolution in Sherwood Park. He explained well on how cube bikes are high in quality, how good they actually perform & yeah he was right, zero regrets for getting both cube brands. Also if you're busy and have no time yet to visit the store you can simply browse on there site and if you have questions don't hesitate to slide them a message. They have a nice dude that will respond to you and his name is Jesse. He saw me holding the SL 150 and greeted me thru my FB name, was really surprise because I never introduced myself to him but he simply remembers our convo. That right there shows how cool them dudes are lol. They also hook me up a jersey, grip & a pedal that opening day of the new store. I have purchase experiences from other bike shops in the City but for me Revolution Cycle is the "Best One". If you want high quality bikes and have wonderful experience I highly recommend them.....
