Come and try it - you will never regret it. I practiced for almost 14 years, and I have no words to describe the benefits that the 90 minutes traditional Yoga brought to my health , mind and spirit.
If you want to do something for your wellbeing, come to this studio, and you will not regret it.
Thank you Ricky for bringing back the 90 minutes traditional classes !!!

Everyone is very friendly and they have all types of classes including hot flow, yin and the 90 minute traditional which can be intensive but they really coach you to take care of yourself and go at your own pace so any level of experience can still enjoy themselves. The studio is also very nice with some new renovations and a very open space feeling so you aren't cramped in the change room or in the class.

I will recommend this studio to anyone that is looking to start yoga.
