This website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our on-line catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. We appreciate your understanding should any of the prices or other information provided be incorrect and regret any inconvenience such mistakes may create. NORTHERN RESIDENTS
If you are a Northern resident, we offer solutions for getting your purchases to you. Working along side Northern courier companies including, Loomis, Buffalo Air Express, Air North, and Canadian North allows us to get your shipment to you in a timely and affordable manner. IN-STORE PICKUP
Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store.
BACKORDERS
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. Some items need to be ordered from distributors and may take 7-10 days to arrive. All orders will ship when complete. Orders can be split shipped upon request. Extra shipping charges will apply.
RETURNS
If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, you can either bring it to our store or ship it back. Ship returns via Ground UPS or insured Canada Post / USPS (we do not accept CODs). We will refund shipping costs on incorrect merchandise. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.) Any damage from shipping should be noted and registered with courier upon drop off.
Please note: Returned items such as shoes, shorts, socks, and apparel must be in new, unworn condition with retail tags still attached. Restocking fee will apply.
Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees.
We are unable to refund or exchange helmets, so please be careful when choosing a style and size.

Redbike also has a very approachable and welcoming bike club with weekly rides and racing.
It was at Redbike where I found the ideal bike for commuting to work I was so impressed with the business that since then I have joined their bike club got into racing and bought three more bicycles from the shop (soon to be four).
Honestly I can't say enough good thing about Redbike and the people there, friendly people with a vast depth of knowledge and experience in the Canadian bicycle industry.

They happened to have the part in stock, replaced it within a few minutes, and had me back out on the trails for the day. Thank you for your awesome service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called looking for a Linus 7i Roadster, and a gravel bike. I am from Saskatoon. I believe we have to support our local bike shops, alas there was just no selection in Saskatoon. I called Red Bike and ended talking on the phone for over an hour trying to dial things in.
It was great!!!!!
Knowledgeable staff that are passionate about cycling and their products. We landed on a roadster which they set aside, they had no gravel bike for me (a steel frame in a 1X11 drivetrain) I described one at another store, based on the information I gave the sales person they told me "just go buy that bike it's is an terrific build for the price". That was was Wednesday, we drove to Edmonton for the day on the Friday. I went to pick up the gravel bike and then onto Red Bike. We got there and ran into a minor customer service issue with a staff member. I was quickly approached by Cliff (owner) who intervened and more than made up for our initial experience with attention to detail, service, and terrific value! The roadster that was set aside was a little to big so I downsized. Cliff, and the rest of the staff and the experience was truly pleasurable. Truly a great store with great stock, and if he does not have he will get the product.
I don't often write Google reviews, I will when the experience is extremely bad or extraordinarily good. This was extraordinarily good.
Not all things are perfect and mistakes are made the true mark of exceptional service and the character of the shop is how you recover, learn and make things right with the customer. Cliff went above and beyond and has a customer for life. Even though it is 5 1/2 hours away I don't see me buying a bike or accessories anywhere else!!!

When I arrived they helped me out and sized the bike and helped me find the correct size, not just the size the manufacturer suggested for my height. They were really helpful. Could not recommended more.
