About Smile Zone

Our dental cleanings (dental prophylaxis) are done by registered dental hygienists. To complete the dental exam; your cleaning process will include the following:

Eliminate tartar: Tartar is a hard plaque that can be found on the tooth cover both below and above the gums. It can only be extracted with special dental tools.

Eliminating plaque: It is a sticky colorless film containing food particles, bacteria, and saliva. If plaque is removed, the bacteria will produce poisons that can infect the gums and possibly causing periodontal disease.

Polishing Teeth: Mild polishing eliminates stains and marks that remain in the teeth. When this happens, you can now enjoy that clean teeth feeling.

Staff were great as I had to bring my young daughter with me. For a double root canna, I didn’t feel much discomfort at all. Would highly recommend this dentist

They did it for exactly what they quoted me ( higher then I wanted but that’s okay) and within an hour! I will recommend your business to my family and friends! She is just excellent at what she does. She always takes the time to explain the reasons she is doing things, answer questions, and ensure that I'm comfortable. With Samantha cleaning my teeth, the experience goes by so quickly without the usual pain and discomfort. I highly recommend Samantha . The lady behind the desk is also very helpful. If you need a dental device ordered or you need to ask your insurance about a certain procedure coverage, she is happy to oblige. Overall, I am very pleased with Smilezone !! 5 stars!!
K	Koko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most recent experience I had at this clinic was on February 4, 2022 for my wisdom teeth extractions. Today is, February 26 2022 and I was only able to open my mouth and eat on Family Day weekend. I did not receive proper post-procedure care, despite my many calls to the clinic, driving to the clinic in tears, I was not heard or properly cared for. One of the dentists who I begged to see did not even look, he only prescribed me stronger painkillers. I ended up with an infection in the area, a lump in my jaw that prevents me from properly opening my mouth, dry socket, and weeks of pain having to take painkillers (Ketorolac) every six-hours and T3s ever four hours in between. The original dentist who performed the surgery has not called me, followed-up or checked in despite my numerous calls to the clinic. It's unfortunate the lack of care never will I visit this clinic again; if it were possible not to give a star I would. I would proceed with caution when visiting this clinic. I am already extremely anxious about visiting the dentist as are many and there is nothing worse than dismissive care or an overall lack of it. Hope this helps! x

She gave me great tips on flossing and made sure I was comfortable during the entire cleaning process. I have had multiple fillings done and four wisdom teeth extracted with Dr Marchand, and I cannot say enough good things about him. He is gentle, compassionate and just the best dentist I have ever been to! I am very nervous when it comes to going to the dentist, and Dr Marchand made sure to ask if I was okay and reassured me every step of the way. He always answers questions and explains the process in detail. Claire, the dental assistant was excellent and very helpful. She made sure to make me a follow up appointment after my extractions and was very knowledgeable about any questions I had. The front desk receptionist is always a pleasure to talk to and she is very welcoming and warm. My experiences here have been amazing, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

She had two appointments with Dr. Marchand and I truly cannot say enough good things about him & his assistants. Their patience, empathy, reassurance and validation with not only her, but the anxious Mom here too - was outstanding. We travelled 4 hours and I will gladly make the drive again. Because of them, her experience was phenomenal.
