Even received messages like "I was thinking last night about... and would like to speak to you...." Why are you thinking about my policy after-hours! Experience couldn't have been better.

Rick has been very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns as well as helping me choose the best policy in my interest. He had an upbeat, professional attitude. After shopping around at a few other places, decided to go with Bulger Insurance because of the customer service I got from them.

Service has been so good they were the first place I looked when I needed insurance for a new vehicle I purchased. Worked with Rick on this and the process was painless and efficient. Great customer service here from all the people I have been in contact with at Bulger. Personally think an Insurance Broker is the way to go for any insurance needs, and this one is excellent.

Got me a motorcycle coverage plant that's half the rate of my other insurance company, with more coverage (ie. this plan includes things like accident forgiveness and comprehensive coverage, the competitors plan was only the basic PL and PD).
