★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly one of the worst brokers I've ever dealt with. I've been trying to add another car to my mom's policy since mid-July, and it's now August. My emails often go unanswered, or David will ask me questions to information I've already provided him.
When my mom asks for an employee that's able to speak Cantonese, they'll tell her to expect a call back within a few hours. There is never a call back.

Instead, Insureline advantage staff helped me get hold of the other company , communicate for me and finally had my auto fixed by the at fault third party company. I am so grateful to their professional help and patience with me. Not only they shop around for better coverage and price, they also try to help clients when possible !
