This review is specifically for Iona Inglis. If your looking for some one to take care of your business insurance for you DO NOT use Iona Inglis. An insurance broker is there to assist you in your insurance needs. If any issues were to a rise, I thought she would be there to help me and be in contact with me if there were and issues. ONE simple phone call when and issue came up would have cleared this hole mess up. I owned up and admitted yes I did do something wrong but that's why I used Iona Inglis as my broker I thought she would be there to help me I guess I was wrong. Thanks again Iona Inglis, also thanks Nicole Boucher (Iona's assistant) for reaching out an letting me know you took over Gary's position more great communication! All this on top of a pandemic when people are hard up for work
