They explained everything and answered all my questions. It was actually a quick process for us. From the time we picked a few nannies to the phone interviews. And narrowed it down to picking the nanny we have today!! Our nanny is absolutely wonderful!! She’s amazing with our child and our fur babies. I would totally recommend this agency for anyone looking for a nanny. And i already have to a few of my friends. I would absolutely use this agency again if/when i should ever need another nanny

O	Olivia Black on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this company 50 stars if I could. This will be a long review but I feel it is one that needs to be written. I used Preferred to do my paperwork for hiring a nanny that was recommended to our family. Susan was honest and forthcoming in letting us know that she may not qualify as her experience was not enough. We went ahead despite Susan's concerns and sure enough Mavis failed , so we quickly moved forward with another nanny that thankfully passed. The day our nanny was set to arrive my father in law had a heart attack and I went into pre-mature labour. (I have 18 month old triplets hence the need for a nanny) I went into panic mode as I had no idea what to do about our nanny that was already in the air and we had no other family in Edmonton so I called Susan. Without any hesitation what so ever, Susan asked me to send her the flight details and she would pick up Alma from the airport and for us and to just take care of ourselves. Sadly we lost my husbands father and our baby that night but having our nanny delivered to us was something we will never forget and always appreciate. Shortly thereafter we received a sympathy card from the staff at Preferred which was very touching. I CAN NOT express enough, that if you need a company that gets the job done and goes above and beyond, it is Preferred Nannies. Thank you to everyone at Preferred that had a hand in our nannies (x2)application(s) and most especially to Susan for being our angel that night. ?
