★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son was with his dayhome for 2.5 years and we have nothing but positive things to say. Alona at Mabuhay dayhome treats the children like family in the best way possible. He always came home happy, well fed with tons to say about his day. Not once did I worry or question the care he received or his safety. We definitely miss her!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible agency as they are highly unprofessional. Initially, it started out okay up until my niece came home unhappy and when we approached the situation, it was was very poorly dealt with. I will not post what exactly went on due to the fact that when we all including myself approached the situation, the staff were highly unprofessional and we’re very defensive. Unfortunately I have tried to reach out once again to complain and bring this situation to an end but it was swept under the rug and got turned around saying how no one else is complaining so why are we??? They support their staff to be uncaring as they handle children improperly and stand by it. Do not bring your kids here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Dayhome I used went DOWNHILL the last 4 months , I started seeing red flags such as ,
My child was coming back dirty , hungry , thirsty and crying , with bruises and scratches, and she didn’t wanna go anymore.
She also yells at the kids and pushes them, my 9 year old attended on a PD day and told me allot of disturbing things.
I have cancelled care and the agency is still trying to charge me 2 weeks!! And ignored my request to do a investigation!
Super un professional staff , my coordinator often messed up passes credits I had on my account and charged me more then they where suppose to.
I don’t recommend this agency

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a wonderful agency and we can't say enough about our particular dayhome provider Imelda Ciano. They made the transition of going to dayhome so easy and our daughter is excited to go. Her speech and vocabulary have also exploded since being in dayhome. We love the constant updates and pictures Imelda provides to us and the agency has been great with follow up and handling the ever changing COVID situation. We highly recommend this agency to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son goes to Mabuhay Dayhome with Alona for almost 2 years now. I wish we have found her sooner. She has worked with me and my family to give my son the best care especially the transition from a daycare to a dayhome. Her family has been so great not just with our son but with our family. Alona would make sure that the kids have endless play endless toys. Even her husband goes our of his way to build a custom kitchen for the kids which they truly enjoy having. They have a garden that the kids take care of. During this pandemic its been very difficult but even how hard it has been for everyone she never showed how it impacted her but all she thought of us was the kids. How it impacted them and I found that my son had so much fun being there sometimes there were days he would asked to be at Teacher Alona and that just tells you how well my son has been taken care of. My son also comes home with a full tummy his been introduce to more different type of foods. I love that he is not picky anymore. Alona and her family have a heart of gold and I couldn’t be more thankful that our paths cross when Our family needed her the most.
As for the Agency Megan has been extremely so patient and always answering all my questions from beginning to end. When the spot opened with Alona she knew it was what we needed and truly grateful for recommending Alona to our family.

There is always great communication from the staff and agency with multiple check ins throughout the year. The agency has taken so much stress off my plate. I would 100% recommend!
