BEWARE OF THIS DAYCARE THE WOMEN IN CHARGE IS A THIEF IM GONNA PRESS A COMPLAINT TOWARD THIS DAYCARE . FIRST OF ALL I WENT TO VISIT THE DAYCARE IT TOOK TWO HOURS BECAUSE THE Owner let her daughter who is 7 years old interrupt our visitation every second to show me her picture . She never correct her daughter to stop for the entire 2 hours of our meeting. Then when my daughter started the daycare she told me she took money from my subsidy for the day we came for visit while my daughter was not yet attending yet register.... I was shocked at the way she was telling me this , as if it was normal. Her first day TODAY .My daughter was not change she had a diaper fool of poop ... When i arrive, my daughter had 4 years old scissors in her hands since theirs no real separation for the safety of the children. The worker seem overwhelmed with kids and the daycare is extremely messy with no real separation for the kids. I wanted to have clarification on the amount I owe since my daughter started in the middle of the month and the feee for her care is 1000$ she try to steal me litteraly in front of my eyes ! She didn't want to show us in detail how she was calculating our fee. So basically claim money for the first time she meet us we were Visiting... how can you claim money on my child? You didn't take care of my child that's fraud we were visiting the daycare. Now you want to charge for your weekend because you want your time to be payed that's what she told me like it was NORMAL !!!! YOUR DAYCARE CARE IS NOT EXTENDING HOUR , YOU CANNOT ASK FOR THAT THATS ILLEGAL . SHE TOLD ME SHE DOESNT CARE ABOUT THE LAW IN CANADA THATS FOR PEOPLE OUT THERE , THATS HER BUSINESS she doesn't care about the law thats for outside! Wow ! As a daycare centre you have the obligation to follow the law you are not on top of it,especially with our precious kids ! She told me that she was giving us a favour to take care of my kid ..That she has the right take money from my child subsidy since it was not my money but the government money! Really thats not your money you had no right to take it for a service you never gave us. This money is for my daughter and it was peyed with our taxes again disrespectful. The women owner her name is ALLA she's completely delusional. This is a business your not doing a favour to anyone we are paying you if you don't have our kids to take care of , you will not have a business so thats not at all a favour ! Also i told her that my daughter started potty training for a while now. Its important to continue she didn't want to potty train my daughter she told me that she will decide when she's ready. Thats not how it work if i potty train my daughter at home your suppose to do the same you, you have no rights to tell me what to do with my child....She's disrespectful unprofessional and thinks she's above the law. After that experience I will never have the most important person in my life my precious daughter in care with someone like her I'm speechless . She really seem nice and sincere at first the most dangerous type . Clearly theirs nothing sunny in this daycare !

Hello, I personally and as a former worker with this lady - can attest to the fact - that she is a kind, faith-filled lady. She manages 2 daycares, has a very packed and busy schedule and does her best - to handle things - the way they are. She is highly qualified in the field. She has been blessed with strong and qualified staff - who continually strive to give their best to the place and most importantly - to the children. Every place and every person (all of us) have strengths and weaknesses; preferences and choices. We also have opinions at times. As we all know -hasty opinions make for "wasty" decisions. I have seen tremendous advancement in this place. I would highly recommend this daycare. Thanks.

The owner of this establishment is very professional and kind from what I have experienced. the staff is very nice and does not fail to impress me. the staff takes care of kids very professionally and teaches them very nicely.

I felt compelled to write a review after seeing the previous negative review that was posted. My family has been using this daycare since Jan 2013 (5 1/2 years), and both my kids have been going here starting when they were 1 year old. I have never been treated unfairly or dishonestly, in fact, I often find the owner will err on the side of the client if there is an issue. The owner works very hard to make her space fun and welcoming for the kids, and she is constantly trying to improve the program. She is very busy in the summer planning field trips and fun outings for them. This daycare is also very good at promoting diversity and multi-culturalism. We are leaving the daycare soon because my youngest is starting school, but I am very grateful to Alla and all the teachers for providing a positive environment for my children.

My child has been attending this daycare for about more than a year. So far he's having a great time at this place. The owner and the staff are very professional, accomodating and respectful.

We have been at the facility for five months and our little one had some trouble adapting. The staff was incredibly kind, patient and supportive as our little one transitioned in to their care. He now loves going to daycare, he eats well, sleeps well and enjoys playing in an environment that is safe and loving. The staff are exceptional, the communication is good and everyone seems to sincerely enjoy being at the centre both students and staff.

We have been attending this daycare for the second year already. The kids can't wait until the weekend is over to go to the daycare as soon as possible. The staff is very professional, they love all children without exception. The owner is constantly organizes various excursions and interesting walks for children, picnics, a swimming pool, trips to parks and more in the summer. I have one child with special needs and he feels absolutely comfortable in a child's environment. I am grateful to the owner and the staff for my children and I can work while my children are under reliable supervision and care!
