N	Nico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Craftsmanship and quality is poor, never mind the rigged system to get a home the rush to build shows in the work. Caulking is minimal, tiling not flush. The plumbing is not insulated and I can hear every flush, overall go with another builder as there a joke when it comes to standards.

This is a scam as everyone knows it yet there has been no action taken against them. People have been trying to book a home since one year or more yet could not go past the registration page. Builder is trying to take advantage of the hot market and play with people's emotions. There are people on other forums who know the realtors are selling homes to their friends and family. Also, i could not understand if there are so many complaints why have not they changed their system yet? I bet here are two things happened to you as well. 1. You could not go past the registration page. You will see X number of tickets available and after a few minutes you will get "Sorry no tickets available . Then in an hour you will receive an email registration is closed. 2. You reach the registration page and send in your information but never hear back from them. There are 5 groups each has 100 tickets so total 500 registrations available while they have less than 20 lots available. Why do you need 500 people registering every time when you have less than 20 slots?

Right off the start multiple queues and I have been trying non stop. These appointments are all rigged. Previous reviews are correct, very disappointing registration process where despite using multiple devices could not get in queue to secure a spot. I will not bother with Mattamy Homes anymore due to their unfair and rigged “first come first serve” appointment practice

We have been trying to get a spot on for 1.5 hours today, and despite using multiple devices, and strategically refreshing pages, we could not get a single ticket to secure an appointment to buy a lot. There are previous reviews who complained about the same process. It is not first come first serve. Very poor registration process and will not be recommending this to anyone

I do not blame Mattamy system rather we should be thankful to them for building so many houses which no other builder can do They are the most reliable builders and those who got a house ask them how lucky they are. I am still going to try to get a spot in next release. Mattamy is a very famous and reputable builder.I think they are providing equal opportunities to all the registrants. There are hundreds rather thousand plus clients online at once to register for the spot.fraction of seconds lots of clients are missing a chance to get in. Mattamy is popular that’s why people registering for the pre construction.
