★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only dentist I can trust. I used to go to a different one in Edmonton. This one ensures that I am comfortable, his assistant lets me know to raise my hand if there is any pain at all, and if I do, they'll stop, try again without giving pain, and it always works.
Good few experiences so far and I will go back. Used to be scared of the dentist but now i am safe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Chen and his staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeble and attentive. This office has a smaller more personalized feeling and I much prefer it to the bigger dental offices. They greet you by name and even the dentist called me by my first name several times in our first appointment. Dr. Chen is very honest and fair as well as caring and gentle, a perfect combination you what you would want in a dentist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Chen is so great! I really don't like going to the dentist and I let them know at my first appointment that I have a bit of anxiety. Dr. Chen really took his time, explained every step to me and why he was doing what he was doing. I don't think I have ever had a dentist spend so much time and care during a cleaning. If I had any questions he gave very thorough answers. He was transparent and professional. Vivian is also such a pleasure to know as well. I can't imagine calling insurance companies is a fun job but she always is smiling. Thank you!
