It wasn't until months after I thought I had signed up with them that I was informed that they actually don't do monthly payments (even though that's what I was quoted on) Then the calls and emails started demanding full payment, threatening to send me to collections etc. I guess they realized they weren't going to get paid so they said as long as I paid part of it they would cancel me but of course made sure to include that it was for non payment which would make it much more difficult to get insurance in the future. I reluctantly paid them, still not knowing if I ever even had insurance or not. If they had simply told me from the beginning that a monthly payment wasn't an option instead of leading me to believe that's how I would be charged this all could have been avoided. Oh well, live and learn...

Raymond was our insurance agent and we’ve always put our trust in him with all the quotes he provided for us. So you can imagine how we felt when we found out last year that on one of our building alone, his quote was almost $15000 more than other company. All those years we paid way more than we should have! And we also had an issue with our auto insurance which ended up with us paying out of our own pockets. Instead of treating us as long term valuable customers, we were just sales and numbers for BST. We will never ever use this insurance company again! And since we switched to other company; we’ve already saved $$$$$ and getting better services.

She was extremely knowledgeable about the various policy options available to us, and helped us to get the best policy for the lowest/most competitive price, as we needed to add our son to our car insurance. She is honest and upfront, and spent the time with us to figure out what we really needed. She was also so kind / easy to work with, and very patient in explaining everything and answering our (many) questions. :) Paula kindly looked through our existing policies to see if we had adequate/appropriate coverage and made some recommendations (without any pressure) for adding some great additional coverage at a nominal cost, which we did. I am so happy we switched to BST and will be so happy to work with Paula in future as our insurance needs change. Thank you!
