★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a great place to do your business. The all the people here are friendly, trustworthy and very helpful. I went in with a what appeared to me to be a big problem with my Stilh blower and they fixed it in a matter of minutes and did not charge me or belittle my knowledge. Hard to find places like this that are friendly, trustworthy, and caring. I would highly recommend this place and I am going to be doing all my future business here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there with the intention to buy a chainsaw. I waited over 15 min for help. 2 other customers came in after me and were helped right away. Amateur service at best. I’ll buy a 600 dollar chainsaw somewhere else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a few places refused to work on my chainsaw (because it was a craftsman, I took it to Pickering Mower.
It ended up being an adjustment they did in the back, and I asked how much damage.
They said "Don't worry about it, just come back and see us again"
That kind of service is near to impossible to find now a days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a honest place to do your repairs. We took in our snow blower for repair, clutch was not working properly after a nasty blizzard. We went back to pick it up, and to my surprise there was NO CHARGE! This is how you know this company it honest and reliable, they mentioned that all it needed was oil and they did no repairs on it. Ryan was outstanding, and I look forward to bringing in my mower/snowblower here from now on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a brand new Honda 720 single stage snow blower last week and it turned out to be a lemon. Upon first use, I noticed the gas tank cap shaking violently. Upon inspection, notice all three of the mounting bolts for the tank were missing. Took it back to Pickering Mower and they in their attempt to repair it they ended up snapping a couple screws for the blower plastic cover. That shouldn't happen. Currently my blower is waiting for new screws from Honda. I submitted a customer complaint with Honda, asking for a new snow blower (they can have the defective one). So far, I'm getting a lot of finger pointing between the dealer and Honda customer service. Not impressed. Honda or dealer should take the blower back an give me a new defective free snow blower. Honda is suppose to be one of the most reliable brands out there and their dealer network is suppose to be second to none. Paid for a new defect free , reliable snow blower and that's not what I got.
